I am surprised at Nik Kollerstrom falling for this one
A team of acedemics at Cambridge decided once and for all to find out
who wrote Shakespears plays.
They ran the complete works of Shakespear through a bank of computers
which analises everything from language changes syntax sentence construction etc
After running for some time the answer came out
Yes Shakespeare wrote everything attributed to him, not Bacon not lord whatsit etc
But he wrote itall himself.
The acedmics at Cambridge were very careful, they know how badly they were hoaxed with the socialist craze in the 1930s and many allowed them selves to become
traitors to the UK and Stalins englishmen.
Nexy these same acedmics ran the Bible through the bank of computers
after 3 weeks the answers came back, that the Bible was writen by a whole bunch
of different authors at all diferent times, with alterations obfuscations and changes
the Old testament in particular was torn to bits, and it said the jewish god wa s not the

further, the old testamant should not be stuck on the front of the Christians bible.
The original works in Chaldean and Aramaic were partucularly changed , the only folk who could read hebrew were the jews, and they in particular re wrote so much of what we see now

For example, John Hamer who has written several good books believes that Christopher Marlowe was the most likely author of most of the works accredited to Shakespeare.

This story of hamlet and so on is so simliar to an old arabic story called layla and qees. They were in love, long story short they end up dying at the end. This story happend way before Shakespeare was born. Story is very similar to that.

Why is this even a topic? It’s been known since Shakespeare’s time it was Bacon and Bacon was a Mason.
Surely if a hoax the people during that time when the plays were performed and so popular would have had a greater opportunity to know and laud the actual author. You would think that if the name Shakespeare was a pseudonym for someone else that it would be picked up by the public rather quickly, for the actual performances of the plays came before any publications, half of which were published after his death.
Unlike a “Pseudo-Dionysius” who lived around 500 A.D. and wrote as if his works were composed by St. Dionysius the Areopagite some 450 years earlier, the actual author of the works of a contemporary called to fame is much more easily discernable, than speculators some 500 or 600 years after the publications. In Shakespeare’s case he would have been known at the time based on the actual performances before any publications.
The authorship of the Shakespeare writings could be a dodge by an earl or someone in the establishment, but they seem to down to earth for any of that. To say that the plays were written mainly to satisfy the appetite of the Queen is nonsense, because history tells us that such plays where in high demand in England at the time by all classes and even the the rabble had a place in the theatres. Also, such play-writing was certainly a full-time an occupation for the author with money to be made for a living. The publications came after the performances, and about half of the plays were published after the death of the author. The mind of the writer is that of a person with a great poetic gift and clearly not that of some Queen Elizabeth MI6 committee. They are written by someone quite familiar with and appealing to the interests of all of the people, much like a Chaucer. If the author used a pseudonym it was likely to promote his plays if anything. The name is very English and also very graphic. What I have read of Shakespeare tells me that he most certainly is shaking his pen at human folly in its most illustrious of forms, much like Erasmus of Rotterdam who came before him. As a true artist he would in any case attribute all credit for his magic to the Muse, or to God, and likely would not be bothered if his actual name was Bill Smith, and Smith did not get all of the credit – for Shakespeare lives and is synonymous with his works and will never be found in any grave.

Marlowe, Bacon are the names usually banded about as the real Shakespeare. Kollerstrom is a good researcher as for the comments regarding Rigby and Mcartney other researchers have backed up his work.
I once had the privilege of seeing Gandalf play the snarling patrician, Coriolanus in a Royal Shakespeare Company presentation of the obscure Elizabethan history, at the National Theatre.
There was a superbly choreographed gladiatorial battle as the centrepiece of the production, culminating in a stage dripping over with pools of blood. It was calisthenic poetry.
Gandalf won the Evening Standard Theatre Award for Best Actor in 1984, for his portrayal of Coriolanus. That was when Greyhelm was still known as Ian McKellan.

Yes indeed.John Hamer is my go-to on revision history (true history) and his works are treasure troves of information,especially his earlier books-‘The Falsification Of History’ and ‘Behind The Curtain’ vol 1-2.Masterful works of research from this no-nonsense,highly evolved Yorkshire yeoman.
He appears sporadically on ‘Sheep Farm’ studio’s site on YouTube which is excellent in itself.Superb documentaries of anything from Aldous Huxley,Klaus Schwab and the recent ‘2nd summer of love’ spring to mind.Highly recommended.

@ Pensioner – Surely that would only indicate that one person wrote the works…not actually that it was Shakespeare?
And as for the bible – was it an English language version they tested? No doubt translanted by a multitude of people. And in any case, has it ever been claimed that the bible was the work of one person?
I’m not bothered who wrote either to be honest, but the above are glaring points that mean you can’t stand by the findings of those tests to reach your conclusion.

I live close to Stratford on Avon and first heard about this theory in the 70’s expounded by Enoch Powell. Having a closer look at William Shakespeare it’s obviously a pen name , his children were all illeterate and he could barely spell his own name . The very idea that a subsistence farmer from what was the wilds of Warwickshire was writing the plays just doesn’t cut it . But to be fair it brings a lot of money to the region so what do I care
The problem for me was always The Sonnets – quite a substantial part of the Shakespeare Canon. Sonnets were the pursuit of Oxbridge Gentleman! Not glovemaker’s sons. We are told of the busy lives of theatrical businessmen in Elizabethan London, catering for the diverse tastes of a becoming bustling city looking for entertainment. Where did Shakespeare find the time and leisure to write the techmically challenging form of the sonnet, never mind the Classical education. And never even mind the longer poems! I would love it to be the Stratfordian (what would all those teashops do without him?), but somehow The Sonnets just get in the way!

Bible dupes do not understand Jesus birthday is about the winter solstice and sun, the sun is reborn on the 25th as it moves up in the sky 3 days after the low point, and Jesus died and went to hell for 3 days then rises to the heaven, same thing.
This knowledge is why I always say, what happens to you (if anything) when you die has nothing to do with any religious belief. People created myth to explain reality, and they created beliefs of afterlife because they are sentient and don’t want to die.

De Vere was a writer who benefited from exceptional talent as well as hard work and good teaching. His school timetable demonstrated he rose early in the morning and was tutored in French, Latin, and Greek, among other subjects. De Vere like Charles Dickens — down the class strata but still comfortable — had to “sing for his supper” after a reversal of fortune that in no one gainsays the benefits of early schooling. There is a suggestion that the history plays were commissioned by Elizabeth I

If anything, the Stratford Shakespeare myth hides how education and upbringing can make a real difference in people’s lives. Instead of getting insight in how people may develop according to what is provided for them we have a national feel good myth.

A poster has castigated Nick Kollerstrom for the Paul McCartney replacement theory. This isn’t something Kollerstrom discovered himself. After looking at this idea for more hours than decency should permit, I tend to agree with the assertion that there was a replacement. In itself this may be no big deal..
Having said that, and relevant to the Shakespeare authorship question, what is even more interesting is the notion that the young working class quartet — or two of them — from Liverpool wrote “Yesterday” which is very similar to a Neapolitan melody and the lyrics to “In My Life” which calls to mind words from the poetry of Charles Lamb. There is much much more to this, including the observation that the writing and recording of the “Rubber Soul” album in a month was impossible. The conclusion is that the Beatles were the same sort of act as we understand the Monkees to have been. Indeed, Davy Jones of the latter group says the Beatles were the first manufactured group.

That the Beatles didn’t write their own songs is related to the “Paul Is Dead” idea, but is not dependent upon it. It took me a short time to realise the first proposition even if after countless hours weighing up evidence for the latter proposition itself possibly being true.
