Crowds of people surrounded and overturned an army conscription vehicle in the Ukrainian city of Lviv, drawing criticism from authorities who called on citizens to direct their anger towards Russia.
Ukraine has seen a steady increase in clashes between citizens and army conscription police since the Russia-Ukraine war in 2022, with authorities reporting over a hundred such incidents this year alone.
The issue of mobilisation, mandatory military service for men aged 25 and over, is very sensitive in Ukraine, with many divided over who should be called up and how.
Videos published on social media showed crowds of people in the western city of Lviv surrounding and attacking a vehicle belonging to army conscription officers late on Wednesday, shouting “shame” and filming with their phones.
The incident took place after conscription officers detained a man suspected of evading military service and took him to a draft office, prompting crowds to attack another group of officers who remained at the scene, authorities said.
“The group surrounded the vehicle belonging to the servicemen, behaved aggressively, significantly damaged and, in the end, overturned the service vehicle,” the Lviv region’s territorial recruitment centre said on Facebook.
“Our only enemy is the Russian Federation… We call on citizens not to succumb to enemy provocations and not to obstruct servicemen and the police in carrying out their lawful duties,” it added.
“Russia today is most interested in getting Ukrainians to start fighting among themselves… All those who broke the law must be held accountable,” Lviv mayor Andriy Sadov said on Telegram on Thursday.
Violence against recruitment officers was almost non-existent at the start of the war, but has proliferated in recent years as the fighting has dragged on and fatigue set in among the population.
Police reported just five cases of attacks against conscription officers in 2022, whereas the number last year totalled 341, the Interfax-Ukraine news agency reported. Incidents this year already number over 100.
Ukraine’s defence minister announced more flexible army contracts for conscripts last month, amid public criticism over the current system of indefinite military service.

Meet Goldie, the adorable goat who brightened firefighters’ day

As firefighters battled a Colorado wildfire this week, they were joined by an unlikely companion who brought smiles to an exhausting day on the fire line: a friendly goat named Goldie.
The 4-year-old Nigerian dwarf goat, whose full name is Golden Oreo, spent hours following crews as they fought the Rock Creek Fire near Colorado Springs, clearing brush and even nibbling leaves along the way.
She wandered beside firefighters, led them down a hillside, watched as they packed up their gear and even trotted after one of the departing fire trucks.
“I don’t know that she necessarily helped with the firefighting effort, but it’s always cool to see an animal like that who doesn’t mind us being there,” Colorado Springs Fire Department Lt. Trevor Leland said.
Earlier in the day, Goldie also tried to join a U.S. Forest Service firefighter for lunch, poking her head over his shoulder in search of a bite to eat, Leland said.
Her owner, Lindsey Glader, wasn’t surprised.
“She’s quite the social butterfly,” Glader said.
While Goldie couldn’t stop the flames, Glader believes she gave firefighters something just as valuable: a moment to smile.
“She was able to give some comedic relief and offer some necessary levity for these guys and gals who have worked really, really hard creating a break for this fire and keeping a lot of people and a lot of things safe,” Glader said.
The Rock Creek Fire was 50% contained late Friday, with firefighters hoping to fully contain it by the end of the day, according to Colorado Springs Fire Department spokesperson Ashley Franco.
The blaze is one of several stretching firefighting resources across the West after a winter with little snow, followed by high temperatures and erratic winds. Many of the same Colorado Springs firefighters had recently returned from battling the Aspen Acres Fire, which forced thousands of people to evacuate.
After days of long hours and dangerous conditions, Goldie’s unexpected visit offered a brief reminder that even in the middle of a wildfire, small moments of kindness can lift tired spirits.
Their nation in effect (but also by rigid long-term planning), is being ceded to Russia in exchange for Russia abandoning Syria, and now with more of its turf being overrun the deal also obviously includes Russia’s abandonment of Iran. If fact, the Ukraine under the direction USrael and the international Jewish money-power in control of that hydra, is carving up the Ukraine as another of their victim and so-called “failed” nation.
There never has been a more contrived Rothschild war than that in the Ukraine, using its bumboy nations of mainly the US and Israel to ensure the war carries on with just enough armaments and human cannon fodder to make it appear they are really “helping” the Ukraine.
You can always tell the really important Jewish operations. When it comes to the final show like actually provoking the Russians to invade the Ukraine, they have to have their own highly trusted and controlled kinds or some one completely enthralled to their power structure doing the actual wet work like Zelensky in 2022 supposedly in the driver’s seat of the Ukraine. Like Larry Fink to head up BlackRock for the pending financial resets – or like Donald Trumpstein to work with the Mossad-Controlled US deep state to throw and rig the 2020 election and to come back in 2024 after his appointment of Zelensky in 2019 with clean hands campaigning to end the war – they always have to have their weakest specimens of human beings as most-controlled actors take the stage.
They needed Trump in the driver’s seat beginning in 2017 to ensure a ruthless, anti-Russian administration would be appointed to take over the Ukraine, but one which would campaign on the lies that they would end the war in the Donbas and stop the persecutions of anything “Russian” in the Ukraine. Trumpstein’s main jobs in his first term were to ensure Zelensky and his henchmen were put into power, while at the same time forging the Abraham Accords with deals with as many Muslim nations as possible to allow exclusive Israeli expansion into the occupied territories, and either to support the USrael cause in the planned war with Iran or to remain neutral to it.
The Trumpstein act and controls they clearly foresaw for their plans would most be needed for threes terms but they only had two. Once they could get the puppet Zelensky administration to provoke the Russian invasion and war in the Ukraine, and after they could stir up as much hostilities as possible in the Middle East through the Gaza operation, Trumpstein would come back in 2024 on the peace-maker ticket and they would have another 4 years to start the long-planned war against Iran and ensure more Israeli expansion and controls over the entire Levant. Poor Russia, with a GDP the size of Canada and about 1/10 the size of the US, would be placated to abandon Iran by being allowed to gobble up more of the Ukraine – except of course for all of the resources and deals to the various mainly USrael and EU interests which have already gobbled up the most valuable of Ukrainian resources and assets. Such is the war by which the duped Ukrainians are now “ruined” nation, and which is systematically being carved by the ruthless and corrupt Rothschild bumboy governments of the Ukrainian, Russia and USrael.
The 2020-2024 hiatus of the Trumpstein-USrael government enabled the lame-duck Biden administration, (the man on the deep-state anklet), who was used to back Zelensky in the very-open provocations in the Donbas for Russia in “invade” the Ukraine, and to get that war of ceding territory to Russia going – beguiling most of the people in the Ukraine and Russia as well as in the rest of the world in the process. If anything, the provocations were an “invitation” for the Russians to help themselves, as history will prove. The invasion and start of the war was in February of 2022. Trumpstein was also conveniently absent for the fireworks which the Mossad and the IDF started a year later in Gaza, obvioulsy with the objective provoking hostilities in the Levant and the war with Iran – all very planned to kick off their long-sought-after Greater Israel Project march northward towards the Euphrates, and all in concert with the long-planned US, Israel and UK plans to conquer Iran – while luring the goy powers of the West with future controls of Iranian oil and gas resources, and controls over West Asia.
Those very plans of USrael (and no one can say these operations were not long-planned) are the real backdrop to the war and slaughter in the Ukraine by the ruthless ruling money power of the West. Deep-state puppet Trump comes back in in 2024 after his convenient hiatus when the war in the Ukraine is started, supposedly off his watch, and he comes back in 2024 promising to end that war, just like the Rothschild puppet US President Woodrow Wilson’s famously in his 1916 re-election run, campaigned on the slogan “He Kept Us Out of War”. That election occurred AFTER the 2016 Balfour deal and promise to the Brit establishment by the very same Jewish money power backing Wilson – promising behind closed doors to bring the US into WWI against the Germans and “win” that war. This was their first major crime of the century, and it led the continuation of that war for another 2 years with immense slaughter and suffering, and the setting of the sage with their money deals at Versailles to be repaid, which led to Hitler and WWII in which they gave the major contracts to their cronies and capitalized once again, to have even more controls over our nations and our lives.
So, we have had at least one century of insane wars and exploitations by a this same highly organized and centralised money power with absolutely no moral limits, and no doubt if they can provoke a real war between Russia and the West to serve their interests, they would most certainly do that. “They” started the war in the Ukraine. The year following 2010 when “they” with their bumboy nations – the US, the UK and France – started the civil war in Syria, “they” pulled out their Soros NGO’s from Egypt and other Mossad & CIA riddled NGO’s, and with billions of dollars started the campaign with every filthy crime imaginable to unseat and replace the democratically-elected and Russian-friendly government of the Ukraine. Since taking over that nation in 2014, their main aim was to provoke entice a war with Russia at its front door as a pressure for it to give up its backing of the Syrian government.
