German Taurus cruise missiles, soon to be supplied to Ukraine
Introduction – July 21, 2025
Supplying long-range weapons systems to Ukraine will give it the ability to strike deep into the Russian heartland.
This will do more than just prolong the war in Ukraine, a war that Ukraine is presently losing. For many Russians, the provision of such weapons systems is tantamount to active participation in a war against the motherland.
Britain has already provided its own long-range Storm Shadow missiles to Ukraine, while the French have supplied their own SCALP variant. Now Germany has joined what seems to be a concerted campaign against Russia.
So why are Germany, Britain and France now all actively supplying such weapons systems to Ukraine?
It’s no coincidence that Christian esoteric teacher Rudolf Steiner and the so-called ‘Sleeping Prophet’ Edgar Cayce both foresaw the rise of Russia from the late 20th-early 21st century onwards.
Although Steiner spoke more generally of the rise of Slavic peoples his forecast is echoed in Russian folklore, which speaks of rise of three great global empires.
The first would rise on the banks of the Tiber, obviously Rome.
The second would emerge on the banks of the River Thames, clearly the British Empire.
Finally, the third great global power would manifest in Moscow, Russia.
So we can only surmise that the powers that be were aware that Russia would one day supersede the British Empire. So while the latter was still at its height they set in motion the forces that ultimately culminated in the Russian Revolution.
The plan was to destroy Russia using atheistic communism before it assumed its destined role in history.
Things haven’t gone as the Western elite planned, however. Russia is resurgent so the Western elite has switched to plan B. This involves fragmenting Russia into smaller rival states and turning the Slavic people against each other.
Will it work? We don’t think so but it’s interesting insofar as we are witnessing history unfold guided by hidden, esoteric forces.
The Western elite want to prolong the conflict in Ukraine and they appear ready to do whatever is necessary to ensure it continues. Including, if necessary, at the risk of instigating WWIII.
Finally, it should be emphasised that this doesn’t necessarily mean that Putin’s regime will be the start of the great power that Russia is forecast to become. Indeed, Putin may also be swept by the coming conflict but whatever emerges in its aftermath in Moscow will be the start of a new age with a pre-eminent global power. Ed.
Germany to supply Ukraine with long-range missiles ‘very soon,’ Merz say

Germany will provide Ukraine with new long-range missiles “very shortly, very soon,” German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said on July 17, without mentioning the name of the weapons being supplied.
“Ukraine will be much better positioned and use these systems and get the support of us with regard to those systems in the weeks and months to come,” Merz said.
German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius previously said Berlin will not supply Ukraine with Taurus cruise missiles, but will provide Kyiv with Patriot air defense systems purchased from the U.S. Kyiv has long sought the long-range missile as Russia continues to wage its war.
Weeks prior, Berlin had previously said it would consider sending its long-range Taurus missiles to Ukraine.
The Taurus missile is capable of striking targets at a distance of 500 kilometers (300 miles) — a range greater than other long-range weapons Ukraine has received from allies.
On July 9, Merz promised further assistance to Kyiv, noting that diplomatic means for resolving the Russia-Ukraine war “have been exhausted.”
“When a criminal regime openly questions another country’s right to exist with military force and sets out to destroy the political order of freedom on the entire European continent, the federal government I lead will do everything in its power to prevent this,” he said.
Under a German-financed agreement, Ukraine will receive hundreds of domestically produced long-range weapon systems by the end of July, German Major General Christian Freuding said on July 11.
The U.S. has also promised to supply Kyiv with Patriot air defense systems in a new deal brokered by NATO.
On July 17, U.S. Ambassador to NATO Matthew Whitaker said Washington was working to speed up weapons deliveries to Ukraine in coordination with the defense alliance.

The girl was seriously injured when some of the bullets from the drive-by shooting missed their target as she was eating dinner with her family at the Evin restaurant in Kingsland High Street in Dalston, east London, on May 29 least year, the Old Bailey heard.

The gunman has never been tracked down.
On Tuesday, prosecutor James Mulholland KC said: “The prosecution case is that this was a planned assassination of members of a rival migrant gang by Mr Riley and others. n“This is evident from the degree of planning involved, his behaviour and comments before, during and after the event – as well as common sense.
“Those who wanted this shooting to take place put the planning of the event under Mr Riley’s control, possibly with the assistance of others.”
Mr Mulholland added that the shooting appeared to have been part of “an ongoing dispute” between two rival groups in London known as the Tottenham Turks and the Black-Bastards, also known as the “Bombacilars”, but the “immediate reason for it was unknown”.
He said: “These two gangs have had an intense rivalry for well over a decade which has involved the use of extreme violence towards one another during that period, and it is the prosecution case that what was intended was the murder of whomever was targeted.”
