A man was violently attacked by a knife wielding maniac while walking in Birmingham, England Saturday night, with the perpetrator and his sick friends laughing and streaming the attack on social media.
The video shows the group, believed to be of Caribbean descent confronting the man, with one of them slashing at his neck, causing blood to gush from the wounds.
The man attempts to defend himself, but quickly realises the extent of his injury and retreats.
The attackers are heard laughing in the footage, with one proclaiming that the next shot in their sick video will be of the victim dead in the street.
Indeed, their next shot as they drive away is of the man collapsed on the floor, covered in blood, desperately trying to get up.
An ambulance arrives and the disgusting scumbags are heard lamenting that the guy is lucky.
The footage is captioned with laughing emojis and the words “U muda skunt,” a Caribbean slang insult.

The horrific incident appears to be a completely random attack, but has barely made a blip on the news, with just one tiny local BBC news article noting that “Four people have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.”
The article further notes that “The victim, a man in his 40s, had been taken to hospital with a slash injury, but was in a stable condition, West Midlands Police said.”
Those in custody are three males aged 34, 29 and 26 and a 22-year-old woman.
Initially people who viewed the video believed the man was pushing a buggy containing a child, but police denied this was the case.

People commenting on the video on X noted that the location of the attack was right next to a hospital, and that the ambulance was likely just driving past. Had it not been for this, the man would surely be dead.

Meanwhile, people accused of being “far right” are being arrested and imprisoned for shouting, gesticulating and posting their opinions about these kind of attacks on social media.
