In answer to public concern the new Labour government has promised to launch a spate of schemes to contain illegal immigration.
Call me a cynic but over the past half-century successive governments, both Labour and Conservative, have announced similar measures to contain illegal immigration.
In 1979, as part of her election manifesto Margaret Thatcher promised to take” firm action against illegal immigrants”. Since then only more migrants have arrived to claim sanctuary and welfare payments.
In fact, in 2009 Andrew Neather, a little known speechwriter for Blair, Straw and Blunkett, wrote:
Immigration, ‘didn’t just happen; the deliberate policy of Ministers from late 2000…was to open up the UK to mass immigration’.
The objective was to “socially re-engineer” the country, he claimed.

What’s the betting that this will all amount to nothing and the above reports are simply an attempt to allay public concern over migration?
The new Starmer government is in trouble. The recent riots have exposed mounting public anger and the government must be seen to be doing something to deal with the problem.
Will this be sufficient to address mounting concern over immigration? We think not. After nearly half-a-century of unfulfilled promises, we suspect that the public will finally realize that they are being deliberately misled over immigration.
Dealing with Starmer-Stein….maybe from the sanctuary of a football stadium??.

The UK government says it will open two sites to speed up the removal of illegal immigrants but it’s only space for 290 of them. Less than could arrive just today, then? While no government can be trusted to do what it says, especially this one, I think this shows they were rattled by the recent unrest and riots. That means they did lose control. Also, they know just how illegitimate they are and therefore weak, and I’d say another outbreak of civil unrest could unseat them, as well as changing what the elitists want to do.

Action on immigration? Isn’t that what the Come on wealth is/was doing since centuries? Just look at all the former clown colonies (pronounced with a Chinese accent). Australia, NZ and Canada always took in migrants according that everyone who comes to live in the Come on wealth must adhere to the Nations VALUES and traditions.
