I thought I’d fly by and keep myself company…it looks like people have given up on the critter and that’s a good thing..( even if it kept him out of trouble)..
and hardly surprising when the transitive verb decimated is used incorrectly…when in fact it refers to a procedure carried out by the Roman military (it it existed)..where every tenth man was killed to keep order in the ranks… and keep ’em scared..not enacted on the enemy as claimed in this screed…
nowadays confused with massacre, slaughter, carnage, bloodbath etc etc..
