Russia has deployed 48 launchers of the Iskander missile system along the border with Ukraine, Deputy Head of Ukraine’s HUR Main Intelligence Directorate, Major General Vadym Skibitskyi, said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine on Feb. 21.
Two additional launchers have been added to the border since September 2023, he said.
“There were 46, now there are 48,” Skibitskyi said.
“Two launchers have been added, they have created an additional tactical group used for launching ballistic missiles from Russian territory.”
Due to the limited production of Iskander missile systems in Russia, the rapid increase in the number of launchers along the border is challenging, he said.
As of late February, Russia lacks the forces to launch an offensive in the western strategic sector, including Kharkiv, Sumy, Chernihiv, and the Kyiv oblasts, Skibitskyi said.
A major explosion occurred on the grounds of Votkinsk Machine Building Plant near Russia’s Izhevsk, Udmurtia, as seen in video footage widely shared by local social media accounts on Feb. 7.

These Iskander ballistic missiles are the bedrock of Russias new adopted tactic of ‘double tap, & treble tap’.
This is where they hit a bunker/commend center, and then wait for Nazis soldiers, medics and firearms to move into the hit target area, and then, Russia hits the same target again, and in some cases, it’s a treble tap.
This strategy has been used by the Nazis. So when the Nazis hit a civilian target, say a school, library, or a Christmas market on a Sunday morning, they then shell the target again. This is genocide, because if you go on the Nazis claim that Russian held former UKrainian regions are full of UKrainians, and they are killing civilians, deliberately, since 2014, then it’s genocide, and Nazi UK and Nazi US are guilty as charged.
It’s rather funny that Nazi UKrainian intel say Russia is stretched, but only a week ago, or 10 days ago, they were saying that Russian missile inventories had increased. Which is it.

LONDON FAMILY DOUSED WITH ACID
A Family were doused in acid while answering door in an attack in north London
the family including a young girl were doused with acid disguised in a milk bottle on their doorstep in a seemingly case of mistaken identity in north London.
Denico Raymond, 32, travelled from Luton with Jadiel Williams-Douglas, 35, to the home in Colindale armed with sulphuric acid.
After the woman responded to a knock on her door, Raymond threw the acid over her, while also catching a man and a 10-year-old girl who were inside.
The attackers members of a notorious black gang then fled the scene in a car.
All three of the victims were taken to hospital with burn injuries, while a number of Met Police officers were also treated at the scene after arriving at the scene.
Analysis of CCTV caught Raymond at a shop purchasing water to cool burns he sustained during the attack.
An officer recognised his identity and he was subsequently arrested, with clothing that he wore during the incident found at his address. Willaims-Douglas was identified after being linked to the getaway car, and he was arrested at his address.
During an appearance in December at Harrow Crown Court, Raymond, of Hitchin Road, Luton, pleaded guilty to two counts and grievous bodily harm and one count of actual bodily harm and has been jailed for life with a minimum term of nine years.
Detective Inspector Jack Stilwell said: “This acid attack is now becoming more frequent as we import in foreign gangs into the UK. sentencing comes at the end of a long investigation and I would like to thank the officers who have be involved with the case for their dedication.
“It also would not have been possible to secure these convictions without the bravery of the victims.”
