Most of the Western public does not know about military issues.
While people may identify someone who wears a uniform as a soldier they will have difficulties to understand the unit insignia, rank badges or tactical notations all regular soldiers are wearing. The lack of knowledge of military details makes it difficult to understand media reports of frontline issues.
An example for this can be seen in the basic disposition of a frontline battalion.
A battalion is a 400 to 1,000 men unit specialized around some vehicle or form of fighting.
Pure infantry battalions will walk and fight on foot or travel longer marches on trucks. Mechanized infantry has armored fighting vehicles that transport troops but also have some minor guns to cover the loading or unloading of their soldiers. Tank battalions have armored hulks with larger guns designed to punch through hardened enemy lines. Artillery battalions have large caliber howitzers or missiles to deliver fire from a distance.
A brigade, consisting of several battalions of different types, may mix those as appropriate for the current fight.
A battalion itself will consist of four to six companies. Each company will have three to four platoons.
Platoons, generally some 30 men strong, are led by Lieutenants. The company, consisting of several platoons is commanded by a Captain. The leader of the first platoon of a company is often a seasoned Lieutenant who is doubling as the deputy company commander.
The next higher organization, the battalion is led by a Lieutenant Colonel with the help of a battalion staff. That staff, split into four (or more) sections known as S1 to S4, is taking care of the battalions own personnel, the enemy situation, the rearward (reserve) battalion command post and the logistics.
These sections are led by a seasoned Lieutenant (S1), a Captain (S2), a Major (S3) who is also the deputy battalion commander, and another Captain (S4) for logistics. There may be additional officer positions like the battalion doctor, the technical officer, or a military intelligence section leader.
All together a battalion has some 12+ Lieutenants as platoon leaders, 4 Captains as company leaders, a battalion staff consisting of 1 or two additional seasoned Lieutenants, one or two additional Captains, one or two additional Majors and, at the top, a Lieutenant Colonel.
That’s a total of about 10+ junior officers and some 10+ more seasoned or higher ranking officers.
Now lets look at a fleeting line in a recent New York Times report:

And when they meet the Russian, this entire structure is shredded, gutted, and all your emblems and pips go out the window.
It’s slightly different in the Russian military. Top brass are expected to be on the front line with their men. Hiding in some dug bunker isn’t tolerate, unless it is important, but as soon as this is resolved, those top brass are expected to be with their front line rams, and if a top brass gets killed, they have an orderly succession up the line of commend.
In the Nazi West, even lowly leaders hang back. They always send cannon fodder up front.
This is why Russian units don’t crumble, because there’s a known succession, and those who step into higher roles, they don’t do this cold. front line leaders make it their business to let those in line, know exactly what is going on. This is why the Russians don’t keep rams in areas which aren’t worth holding, so the make a tactical retreat.
The next point. Here in the Nazi West, you don’t need to know the ranks, the emblems, the pips, or whatever. The Nazis keep changing their hiarachy all the time. The only thing Joe sheeple public needs to know, is that no one in the Nazi military, or Nazi police, gives a crap about you.

For a time I worked with an ex UK Nazi para L, that’s a Parachute Regiment. I can’t remember which one. Anyway, he comes to work one day and says: ‘You might see me on Panorama tonight, and you’ll see me rifle butting a ewe in the face’. You could write a book on this, and then write more books on ‘Shoot to Kill’, British military torture, murdering civilians, including lambs, and killing their own, usually while they are tucked up in bed. Either they weren’t liked, or you were a ewe who had been raped by all your ram colleagues.
All your life, you’ve been fed this lie that our lambs in uniform are saints, and same shit for the Nazi police. It isn’t true. They are all dangerous power mad nutters.
When they leave their power positions, they are mostly broken rams and ewes, completely destroyed by what they’ve been through. The indoctrination, and drugs, and the scars of their crimes.
This is why the Nazi regime and their corporate chums do their level best to help middle and higher ranks to get plumb jobs. Seperate from the para, I also worked with an ex Captain. Apparently he went AWOL on Bosnia with some local ewe. Talk about someone who was totally fecked up. No exaggeration, he wasn’t fit to be in civi street. All he ever did was offer to take sheeple working under him, to go out into a busy London street and have a fight. I went into work one day and spoke to a ram, and this Captains manager was in ear shot, so I said: ‘So who has he offered out to fight today?’ Well, his mangers face was a picture. lol
I’ll admit the culture is different in the navy and RAF, but the army is one sick fecker.

This is probably the worst Scott Ritter rant he has ever done, but I’ve not seen then all.
Scott covers the Nazi UKrainian infighting. He rightly points out UKraine isn’t a democracy, but expects Zaluzhnyi to step down when Nazi clown Zelensky tells him to, and then Ritter says that Nuland goes to Kiev to tell them who’s boss?!?
It’s not just Ritter, virtually no one says ‘NATO is fighting Russia in UKraine’.
Ritter then says the entire Nazi military in UKraine is behind Zaluzhnyi, and he says Nuland went to stop a coup and civil war, but if Zaluzhnyi has the backing of the Nazi UKrainian military, that means the hard-core Nazis also back Zaluzhnyi, and let’s say he did get rid of Zelensky, he could do a deal with Putin, and keep a big chunk of Western UKraine, and maybe the hard-core Nazis would agree to this?
Ritter and Lira weren’t friends, but he covers MI6s main man, Budanov who UK Nazis want to repleced Zaluzhnyi. Budanov, who let Lira die, and so say wants Ritter dead as well. Who is Budanov’s right hand ram, 007 of course.
Ritter then goes on to rubbish UKrainian rams for fleeing Nazi UKraine, and according to Ritter. They are in some way responsible for the Nazis forcing ewes to fight on the front line? Is Ritter a Nazi? Is Ritter part of this Nazi agenda to erase masculinity, and individual choice? The ewes, and rams, who stayed in UKraine, who the feck gives a shit about them?
We must remember. The vast majority of Western UKrainians are very nationalist, ultra right-wing, and they support the hard-right Nazis. It’s in their culture. They don’t know any better, Nazism is all they’ve ever known, and the Russians understand this. This is why they plan to eredicate Nazism from UKraine. They might not take all of UKraine, but this deliberate slow attritional war is doing a mighty find job of killing Nazis.
When Ritter says ‘when you have ewes fighting for the rams’? How about anywhere in the NWO Satanic Nazi West, are You fighting for the City Crime Cartels, or c–ts like Jacob Ress-Mogg, or Boris Johnson? Ritter has some deep seated strange logic. Ritter is so proud of Amerika, this Nazis cluster feck of a nation who’s been hating on the world since WW2.
There’s an old video of Biden when he was a big political wheel, and he’s questioning Ritter, when he was probably a weapons inspector. Biden is making fun of Ritter, suggesting xyz is ‘above his pay grade’, but Ritter just sits there, taking the abuse. If I’d been sat in Ritter’s seat, I’d have said: ‘Clearly, some of us don’t get paid enough for what we do, and other are over paid for doing nothing’. Biden has been a Nazi turd all his fecking Jooo lovin life.
Ritter goes on to say Russia needs Nazi Amerika, and Russia would like to work with Amerika. Errr, no. If Nazi Amerika, Nazi Britain, and Nazi Israel disappeared tomorrow, the world would be in a much better place, and they would not be missed.
I suppose all the Amerikan sheeple who’ve been shat on by the Federal Nazi regime in Washington, should sign up to protect the national debt, and the MIC?
Here in Nazi UK, conscription has moved to the back burner, because of the sheeple backlash. Right now they are brainstorming new propaganda and false flags to change sheeple minds, but it does illustrate just how out of touch the Nazis are from reality.

Yeah right. ‘The Ukrainian Army has all but been destroyed’ but the war continues on. The war is meant to be dragged out for years so the two Jew-Commie ghouls (Putin/Zelensky) can coordinate the extermination of millions of whites in Holodomor II. You see, the Overlords want to eliminate the white race sometime this century–in the West they’re liquidating them via fentanyl, vaccines, miscegenation, wog invaders–whereas in Ukraine they’ve simply decided to decimate them via war. It all adds up, for each year there’s less whites on the planet than the year before. Now you know.

The author is probably basing this on his experience of the US army in peace-time and may have little knowledge of military history or indeed any other contemporary militaries.
I’m not qualified to say that he is wrong about the state of the Ukrainian war effort (though he obviously has an agenda), but no two armies in history have ever had exactly the same command structure. There are many examples of sergeants commanding platoons, colonels commanding brigades etc.
Consider the proportion of officers to non-coms in the Canadian armed forces.
Consider also the number of admirals on the Royal Navy payroll.
Maybe the Ukrainians just prefer a different proportion of chiefs to braves?
