Russia says it may decide to cut diplomatic relations with the United States “completely” if Washington confiscates the billions of dollars’ worth of Russian foreign assets held in US financial institutions to assist Ukraine in the war.
Washington’s political leadership “must not act under an illusion… that Russia is clinging with both hands to diplomatic relations with that country,” the Interfax news agency quoted Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov as saying on Friday.
Ryabkov said Moscow would not be the one to initiate a complete breakdown in diplomatic ties, but this could happen for a number of reasons, including, “asset confiscation, further military escalation, many other things. I would not go into negative forecasts here.”
The Russian diplomat said Moscow was “ready for any scenario.”
In the meantime, US media reported Washington and its allies had devised schemes to take possession of Russian assets to continue funding the Ukraine war. The New York Times reported the administration of US President Joe Biden is aiming to take possession of the frozen Russian assets – worth over $300 billion.
Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin’s spokesman, said on Friday such a move would deal a serious blow to the global financial system.
Peskov said Russia would “never leave in peace” any country that seized its assets, and in such a scenario it would look at what Western assets it could confiscate in retaliation.
On December 19, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov warned “an absolutely symmetrical response will follow” if the European Union decides to tap into profits generated from the frozen funds. He said there are sufficient foreign assets held in specialized ruble-denominated bank accounts, including dividend reserve liabilities to counterparties from “unfriendly” countries.
Meanwhile, President Vladimir Putin of Russia has said the country’s economy not only warded off the Western sanctions but also became stronger in the process.
“In general, the situation is stable. We have overcome all the sanctions-related issues, and have started the next stage of [economic] development on a new basis, which is fundamentally important,” Putin said on Thursday in Sochi at the 20th annual meeting of the Valdai Discussion Club.
Putin gave assurance to the Russian nation that the West’s anti-Moscow sanctions were helping restructure the Russian economy positively.
Last year, around €260 billion ($287 billion) of Moscow’s central bank assets were immobilized in the G7 countries, the EU, and Australia.
But why did Russia put its assets to America?
I think this is much more serious that a break in diplomatic relations.
The US Nazi embassy in Moscow is run on a skeleton staff. There are back channels.
Embassies,. consulates and their staff are just the visible international wiring, there are many layers below this working on all sorts of objectives. Self made negotiators, or fixers on deep state payrolls.
The very idea that Russian money would be used to kill Russian soldiers is declaration of war.

Other the last last 6 to 8 months I’ve made my case about the Nazi NWO sect and that it is all encompassing, even if many players don’t understand the game they are in, or their own functions within the sect.
Given that British intelligence created the CIA and inducted around 4000 German Nazi intel officers into the CIA on day one of its inception, it’s very easy to see why the Nazi empire has always hated the Russians and regard them as sub-human. Technically, Russians aren’t thicko sheeple, but that’s another story.

In the scheme of things, South Amerika is pretty remote, so they can either fight each other, or just bully their sheeple, and this is why many head North to a dream land which doesn’t exist. Mind you, they get looked after, but only so they can print money, & create growth.
This is why the Russians, Chinese, or anyone who aspires to be a memeber of the New Free World, or a BRICS member. They are lining up to join… will be a Nazi target. Even the Pope is a fully paid up Nazi. Nazi religions can’t abide the fact that the Russian Church, and the Russian regime has far higher standards, and leads the moral crusade for family and values, while Western religions sold their souls to Satan and the Nazis, decades ago.
We have the whiners and whingers on here saying its all planned, they’re all in it together. Once upon a time yes, they had control, they were making real money, they has reasonable levels of debt, but that ended, things have fundamentally changed.
All the old niceties have melted away, and we see the players for what they really are.
I was saying this year’s ago, that Israel was fundamentally weak, & was on borrowed time. I used an analogy that Israel was like a cripple wearing a big bomb vest sitting in the road waiting to be shot at. Well, this is Israel today. A very small isolated state wearing a big bomb vest. They are getting beaten in Gaza, and if Hezbollah attacks, it’s over for Israel.
If Israel shows any sign that they will use nukes, someone will nuke Israel. Even the US could be forced to nuke Israel. Don’t worry, some lone bomber will carry the can for it.
The Nazis will be gaming Yemen, and I have a prediction for all outcomes. The Nazis will lose, and may even have ships sunk.

Before the latest Gaza thing, many Israelis didn’t agree with their regime, precisely because of these festering relations with neighbours, but now we are told that 95% of Israelis agree with Bibi’s Nazi slaughter in Gaza, and this according to well known pundits.
