A key battleground during the European parliamentary elections next year will be the issue of mass migration, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has said, claiming that the migration policies adopted by liberal governments in Western Europe have increased the terror threat on the continent.
Speaking to Hungary’s Kossuth Rádió, the Hungarian leader said that a recently declassified secret service report on migration proved his administration right in its assessment that “migration and terrorism go hand in hand,” and reaffirmed his government’s commitment to cracking down on illegal immigration in the name of national security.
Migrants are becoming increasingly aggressive and are trying to break through Hungary’s southern border fence using increasingly brutal means, Orbán warned, adding that the increasing radicalization of migrants at the border is being driven by terrorist organizations.
He blamed bad leadership in Brussels for threatening the bloc’s “core goals of peace and prosperity,” and called for “urgent reform,” which could be facilitated by a surge toward conservative values at the next European parliamentary elections.
“We do not want mini Gazas in the districts of Budapest,” Orbán insisted, stressing that once the European Union lets in migrants, they often cannot be thrown out, and the newcomers form ghettos within existing communities, which leads to social disintegration.
He questioned how liberal elites could still remain in favor of mass migration and called for national unity on the issue in Hungary.
The Hungarian leader accused Brussels of being “captured by a globalist elite and financial groups,” and said “their decisions are motivated by the interests of these groups.”
“People do not want war and migration, which is why one of the main stakes of the European elections will be a change in migration policy. Because change is needed in Brussels,” he added.

Viktor Orban is a good man and a genuine statesman on the old-model ideal. The Hungarians are squarely behind him, their ‘best King since Matyas’.
He saved Hungary from destruction by the entrenched post-communist bolshie thieves who had grabbed everything of state assets that was worth taking, and jerrymandered the pattern of electoral districts to ensure their permanent grip on government. And they had indebted the country to beyond 80% of GDP. Their thieving was so in-you-face that they took to handing out, insolently openly at sittings of parliament, cash encased in Nokia boxes as ‘bonuses’ to their dominant members in parliament. (Their similar bastardries can fill volumes.)
No work was to be had in Hungary for its population of 10 million, for the country’s industrial bases had either been trashed and their equipment sold, or moved by the usual suspects who bought them and moved them to neighbouring countries where wages were lower even than in Hungary. The working population that could fled Hungary to find work elsewhere.
To break the camel’s back, the EU insisted that Hungary take yet another IMF loan. But Viktor Orban had by now gained government in what he called the ‘ballot box revolution’. He declined the IMF loan, and invited the IMF to close its doors in Hungary.
That was the beginning of the Hungarian revival. The country is now looking and feeling good. Many Germans have moved to Hungary to escape Germany’s migrant and gender-theory induced problems. Bolstered by the Hungarians’ referendum decisions, Viktor Orban has banned the delivery of LGBT and gender-theory propaganda to children under 18 years. The EU has kicked off all sorts of retributions for this, and has been sitting for years on big money due to Hungary from the post-COVID recovery fund.
And the war-mongering EU never ceases to splutter about Hungary’s refusal to send weapons to Ukraine, or even to allow donated weaponry destined for Ukraine to travel across its territory. (But it has been hosting Ukrainian refugees very generously since the onset of war.) The EU would gladly strangle Hungary. Its unlovely President von der Leyen has gone so far as to encourage her much loved clown, aka the President of Ukraine, to destroy the Noth Stream pipeline that is still able to deliver industrial fuel to Hungary. Deprived of that delivery, Hungarian industry would just collapse.
The post-communist bolshie thieves are the only opposition party in Hungary, having accumulated all the other little opposition parties into itself. Despite huge amounts of money-feed from George Soros, this opposition is now a tired old joke, and scoffed at as the Dollar Left since the Soros largesse.

Something that Sophie neglects to mention in her insightful, heartfelt and well written commentary, is how exquisitely beautiful Hungarian women are. I mean ethnic Magyar women, of course and not the Estee Lauder yiddish, imposter types.
Magyars don’t really look like their Uralic cousins, the Finns, except, perhaps, in the shape of their almond eyes.
I have taught the Cambridge C2 Proficiency Certificate in English, (equivalent to first year undergraduate level) to classes of Hungarian students on several occasions, most usually short courses, of a month or two’s duration, prior to pending exams. They were generally young adults, 18 to mid-20’s range.
I can honestly say that I liked all the Hungarians I met. It should be borne in mind, though, that my constituency was one of highly cultured and estimably intelligent young men and women. Their diligence and desire to learn was always impressive. Hungarian students have a manner of looking at you in class, where you can see, by their eyes, that they’re, at once, absorbed in your words but equally, busily cogitating, formulating questions and engaging with their analytic faculty; as opposed to merely listening attentively.
Magyar women are generally petite, very feminine, with shades of brown in their hair and hazel eyes, most often.
It isn’t just physical appeal, the Magyars, as a people, have unique qualities. This may sound silly but they always seemed to me to be endowed of some kind of native aptitude for mesmerism. Look into a Hungarian woman’s eyes and she’ll entice you alluringly in; although, it may be to no other purpose than borrowing your car for the day.
If I were a young man and despite the considerable challenge of learning Magyar fluently, I would move to Hungary.
Rather regretably, however, I’ve grown old and decrepit. On the upside, though, I have recently been able to positively identify the exact location of the Fountain of Eternal Youth. If they were migrants, there would be a lot more women and children in the mix, yet most of them seem to be military-age males. People trying to force their way across a border is called an invasion, and the country whose borders are being violated has the right to repel the invaders by any means necessary. I’d suggest machine guns and flame-throwers.
Any national government that is not actively working to protect the borders of that nation is not only useless, it is criminally negligent at best and engaging in high treason. With that, the people have the right to remove that government by whatever means necessary and replace it with one that will respect its laws and defend the borders.
