That level of immolation from heat, smoke and no oxygen really will reach into tunnels and cellars and clear them of life. Russia cleared the place of civilians so I don’t blame them for doing it. It defeated Ukraine a year ago and it’s NATO it’s fighting now so likely some of their troops were down there too.
