The well-known independent investigator Richard D. Hall (producer of the richplanet.net website) is being sued, for matters concerning his research on the Manchester arena terror-event of 22 May 2017:

There are two different and separate questions here. The first is, whether RDH was correct in arguing that the event was simulated and that people were not really harmed by the blast and that the 22 fatalities of the event were not real. If he is mistaken on this question, that is not in itself a crime.
We all make mistakes, after all.
Thus, here is Martin Hibbert being interviewed https://www.richplanet.net/richp_guest.php?ref=924&part=1&person=19 and he does sound very credible. He is widely reported to have sustained 22 shrapnel wounds from the blast, is in a wheelchair for the rest of his life, and is lucky to be still alive:
“On 22.7.21 Hibbert told a public enquiry that: he suffered shrapnel wounds including one that severed his spinal cord. He’s now in a wheelchair. One bolt struck his daughter Eva in the head ‘almost like she had been shot through the head’. She was at the Royal Manchester hospital for 10 months. She made a ‘miraculous recovery’ but will need care for the rest of her life.”
The second question, is whether RDH has committed any crime. What he did is very clear: he parked his car outside someone’s residence and used a camera – once, years ago.
For doing this, an action was issued in the High Court on Friday 31 March, “for protection from harassment and misuse of private information.” It “includes an application for a restraining injunction and damages.”
Damages – for what? What harassment?
I suggest that only one thing is totally clear at this moment in time: the claim by Martin and Eve Hillard that they have suffered ‘defamation and harassment’ from RDH is totally spurious.
It is not yet a crime to hold differing opinions about a past event, and I therefore suggest that they should apologise to RDH for this accusation.
RDH is entitled to flim where he likes, especially for legitimate research, unless there are children in the video. UK presstitutes are legally obliged to seek permission from the parents or legal guardian.
Insurance companies are always sending goons off to film various sheeple who may have made insurance claims. Same for the Nazi regime and benefit fraud.
I think RDH is on to something, because of BBC harassment, and it was harassment, because RDH clearly told the BBC that he had no interest in being interviewed.
The next point, only the Hibbert’s are taking legal action. What RDH needs to do is find out as much as possible about the Hibbert’s before the MABB. Also the medical sheeple who treated them, as in, were they legit NHS staff? Their health records, and those prior to the MABB.
IMHO, RDH has proved that the faked MABB was filmed in daylight hours, and not late in the evening, and there’s that other idiot who’s walking around the MA lobby crying into his phone.
While I’m here. RDH needs to gain access to the Hibbert’s finances and purchases.
We need to have an open mind. The Hibbert’s could be crisis actors. Irrespective of their injuries. You don’t need to be A1 fit to be a crisis actor, and I’d just point out that the daughter can’t be a witness, how convenient.
This will be a kangaroo court as per the Alex Jones affair.
It will be started from a position that the events of 22 May 17 were factual as per teh official narrative, and that the case is to assess RDH’s guilt of harrassment.
He won’t be able to present evidence that he is correct in that the event was a false flag.
And he will be found guilty by a hand picked judge who has already agreed to provide the outcome the state wants.
The only chance I think he has, is if he can find a very, very good legal team, which will cost a lot.
It is our duty to help fund that (and not by any ‘go fund me bollocks who will just steal it).
This is confusing: first we are told RDH’s research is very thorough, but then we are told the bomb victim is credible and RDH might be mistaken. We read an article to get more enlightened about something, but, here, we are not learning
The same fate felt on pr. James Fetzer who have been condemned to pay millions to alledge children victim parents for his work (books and videos) arguing that the Sandy Hook so-called massacre WAS a fake psyop !

Didn’t believe the official story when I first heard it and still don’t. In fact it being a lie is even more convincing since watching the videos.
That puts me in the same camp as RDH.
What can one say about Martin Hibbert and those other two who were with him in the first video clip?

Uk Critical Thinker shared many videos online showing victims leaving only to be treated a vast distance from the alleged blast…one was filmed waking down the stairs and exiting the building with her mum, walking perfectly fine, the next thing we know of her is bleeding profusely far away from scene and the infamous giveaway of a royal visit in hospital due to her ‘life changing injuries.’
Also the videos of parents with kids saying that they too were leaving early to escape the exit rush and when they headed to the doors to the explosion site (ahem), they said there were lots of security inside the doors preventing people from leaving and they had to leave via another exit….as one couple were leaving the security started running and shouted BOMB moments ‘before’ the bomb (ahem) exploded.
So I implore anyone to also view the uk critical thinker channel (if it’s not been taken down), as well as RDH information.
So many giveaway clues, no fire brigade attendance (prevented from attending the scene), paramedics, even the first video and photo images, lest we forget the testimonies given, audio of bomb over speakers (just like the alleged bomb that went off during a France v Holland match in Paris ……I believe this area was closed off for all relevant crisis actors to be placed, ready for their moment, and that’s if it’s was all filmed/photo that day.

For those readers outwith Britain, Richard is a man of great integrity who persues the truth, wherever it may lead him. He’s been around for a long time now. Originally, he began as a UFO investigator on free tv here in the UK.
I’ve always like him because his interest in UFO’s led him, inexorably, to a fuller enquiry of other conspiratorial contentions and my journey, was of a like nature.
It’s the “defamation” charge, I’d be wary of. I think that Dr. Kollerstrom is correct in saying that a harrassment charge isn’t legally viable but were “defamation” tantamount to “incitement of hatred,” as it is in too many a mind of a magistrate nowadays, then the charge may be warped into something that Richard never intentioned.
If and when, Richard D. Hall requires any financial help to plead his case, then I, for one, would add my coins to the collection plate.
