Yevgeny Prigozhin, the founder of Russia’s mercenary group Wagner, accused unspecified officials of deliberately denying his fighters sufficient ammunition as part of an ongoing rivalry between himself and parts of the Russian elite.
A onetime catering entrepreneur who once shunned the public spotlight, Prigozhin has assumed an ever more public role in Russian politics since the start of the war in Ukraine a year ago, with his Wagner Group spearheading Russia’s months-long battle for the town of Bakhmut in Ukraine’s Donetsk region.
In a seven-minute long audio message published on Monday by his press service, an apparently angry and emotional Prigozhin said he was required to “apologise and obey” in order to secure ammunition for his troops.
Speaking at times with a raised voice and occasionally swearing, he said: “I’m unable to solve this problem despite all my connections and contacts.”
Prigozhin said Russia’s military production was now sufficient to supply the forces fighting at the front, and that the supply difficulties his fighters were experiencing were the result of conscious decisions.
“Those who interfere with us trying to win this war are absolutely, directly working for the enemy”, he said.
Since the outbreak of the conflict, Prigozhin has publicly feuded with generals and Kremlin officials, accusing them of insufficient zeal in prosecuting the campaign against Kyiv. He has reserved his harshest criticism for Russia’s Defence Ministry, which he has accused of trying to take credit for Wagner’s achievements on the battlefield.
In his audio message, Prigozhin said the unspecified individuals he blamed for the shortage of ammunition were “eating breakfast, lunch and dinner off golden plates” and sending their relatives on holiday to Dubai, a popular destination for the Russian elite.
Separately, Prigozhin’s press service said in a post on Monday that the Wagner Group was having difficulty placing advertisements on television for recruiting volunteers for the conflict, and appealed to national and regional TV channels and to advertising agencies to support its recruitment campaign.
The White House said last week that the Wagner Group had suffered more than 30,000 casualties since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, with about 9,000 of those killed in action. Some 90% of those killed in Ukraine since December were convicts, it said, a reference to Prigozhin’s recruitment of prisoners to fight.

The fact is that our governments on both sides will not tell us the real reason or reasons for the war, which from the history of things is clearly like the Covid plandemic – a very planned event.
Simply because we are not allowed to know the real reasons for the vaccines and a war like this without a constant stream of lies from our governments, ought to be sufficient reason for any level-headed and honest person on either side of the alleged East-West divide not to comply, not to support any government efforts, and to simply say, “You criminal-minded monsters and are chronic liars. None of you can be trusted. We are taking control of our destines. Begone!”
Why should we be interested in knowing the truth about the war? In the interest of Ukrainian turf? In the interest of the Russian people being ethnic cleansed in the eastern Ukraine? Our own vital interests with the hype of a WW3? The powers certainly want us to believe that with every effort to escalate things. But why all these years has the UN been so silent about the Donbas when clearly it should have been making a decent effort to stop the assaults on the Russian-cultured people in the area – a very strange inaction to say the least. However, as we know, the UN is just one more creation and criminal organization of the international banking cartel calling the the shots in the East and in the West and most certainly in the UN.
The big thing to know is that the war appears to have been planned and it is being controlled in such a way to sustain it. But why really ought we to care?
Supposedly, most of us care because once again the irresponsible and criminal powers are sending hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians and merc dupes to their deaths. There are no doubt billions in IMF and World Bank credits being used to fund all of the merc operations on the Ukrainian side, and it would be interesting to know where the money is really coming to fund the mercs on the Russian side.
We have to remember that it was Lukashenko of Belarus (a poor nation between Russia and NATO Poland which plays the independence game as best it can between the power blocks) who in 2020 revealed to the world that leg men (economic hitmen) from both the IMF and the World government tried to bribe him and his government to take a few billion to lock down his nation and play the Covid game. He refused. We now know that it was the international banking cartel behind both the IMF and the World Bank which bankrolled in our nations the entire Covid plandemic. They did this largely through the central bank cartel with allowing a number of trillion in credit to be created out of nothing. The evidence also is that the Russian Ruble followed right along with the trend and that therefore it must be the case that the Russian government went right along with the entire Covid scam, most likely for the same NWO ends that bankster puppet leaders of our nations went along with it – supporting the same scam and all of heinous crimes against humanity.
The fact of the lies, mass deceptions, no truth, no full disclosure to the people from those in power – ought to be the rule and first condition of non-cooperation, non-compliance and resistance by the people against any of their undertakings. Only after full and proper disclosure – once we know the actual truth and the actual interests involved – only are we the people able to make responsible and informed decisions about such wars, or about anything affecting our vital interests and those of other people as well.
All of the powers believe that such information is their privilege and that they have a right to mislead us and lie to us on any issue in any way they want – as if we are their real enemies. In this respect we are in fact their enemies and we also know that he central controlling power brokers behind our governments believe there are too many of us on the planet. However, the practice of lying to the people and the failure to make full disclosure on all such issues is what is precisely wrong with the world and our nations. Had there been such full disclosure then a Covid plandemic would not have been possible, and there would have been no toxic vaccines.
If there was full disclosure to the public of the real interests of the powers behind this little war in the Ukraine, then the people on both sides most adversely affected by it would be a third-party voice heard loud and clear to the world to stop the manipulation, nonsense, destruction, and the carnage.
However, the corrupt people in power will not disclose anything of relevance. Like their criminal spy agencies, they all believe that information is something to be trafficked in and like gold never to be given out freely, but only very miserly and unless it is twisted, fabricated or made some way into some kind of propaganda dish. They all believe they have an absolute right to deceive us on any issue they want.
Once again, therefore, we have to follow the money. We ought to find out where it is coming from for the mercs on both sides. Likely, it is just one more bankster war controlling both sides. Also, we may ask if the people of the Ukraine are being honest as the bankster money is in fact flooding into their sorry nation. More likely, I think, is that Prigozhin, a businessman, wants to assert a position in which his army of mercinaries gets its weapons supplied by Russia, and he does not have to buy them.
Not long ago, Prigozhin claimed that the mid-January victory in Soledar was achieved by the Wagner Group alone. President Putin corrected that, explaining that the Wagner fighters had air and ground support from the Russian airforce and the Donetsk local army.
Still, Prigozhin is not a bad chap. It was impressive to hear him address Zelenski directly, urging him to allow the boys and old men on the frontline to go home, for they are not physically up to the demands of battle, nor are they even passingly well enough trained to have a chance survival in it. And you cannot blame businessman for trying to cut a deal; that is is the nature of the species.
This whole thing is such a croc of shit. Col Douglas McGregor (ret) said that during the Iraq invasion the US only fired 60,000 rounds of artillery during the whole war, admittedly they carpet bombed but still, he also said that Russia is firing 60,000 rounds of artillery a day, now, let’s be on the safe side here and say that on average the Russians only fired say, 10,000 rounds of artillery every day, that’s 30,000 x 365 = 10,950,000.
Why is this ‘war’ continuing? If, they were firing 60K rounds artillery every day that would equate to 21,900,000 that’s nearly the entire population of Ukraine dead. Doesn’t add up, does it? Or, am I missing something here?
