The Russian Permanent Representative to the UN, has formally notified the UN Secretary General, in writing, that Ukraine’s plan to detonate a “Dirty Bomb” will be viewed by Moscow as “Nuclear Terrorism.”
Permanent Representative Vassily Nebenzia penned a letter to the UN Secretary General, outlining Ukraine’s plan to detonate a radiological “dirty bomb” so as to create an excuse for NATO forces to enter the fight on the side of Ukraine. We have a portion of that letter, shown below.
In it, he states “The authorities in Kiev and their Western backers will bear full responsibility for all consequences of such irresponsible action” and goes on to bluntly warn “We will regard the use of the dirty bomb as an act of nuclear terrorism.”
It should be pointed out to readers of this story that under Russia’s public nuclear doctrine, the Russian Federation makes clear the explosion of a dirty bomb is viewed as the equivalent to a first nuclear strike against Russia; they can and will respond to nuclear terrorism with the use of their own nuclear weapons.

Yesterday, the Hal Turner Radio Show reported that The Russian Defense Minister had four separate telephone conversations with his counterparts in the US, UK, France, and Turkey over the past few days, in which he alerted his counterparts that Russia has VERIFIED Intelligence that Ukraine is in the final stages of constructing a radiological “dirty Bomb. Worse, he told his counterparts Ukraine also has military plans to bomb all six nuclear reactors at the Zaporoahye Nuclear Power plant to cause a massive radiation incident. In addition, that story reported the secretive head of Russia’s FSB, publicly warned that Kiev is planning to use a “dirty Bomb.” (Story Here)
Ukraine knows from public statements, that NATO will deem any radiation incident inside Ukraine, which causes radiation to drift over NATO member countries, as an “attack.” NATO has already publicly made clear that if NATO member countries are doused with radiation from the Ukraine-Russia conflict, they will invoke Article 5 of the NATO Treaty, collective self-defense, and enter the fight on the side of Ukraine.
Russia has already made clear that if NATO declares Article 5 collective self defense against Russia, “it will be a war no one will win.” Readers intuitively know that the only war “no one will win” will be a nuclear war.
So at this stage, Russia is now shouting from the rooftops that Ukraine is preparing to use a dirty bomb. Russia will view it as an act of nuclear terrorism. NATO will enter the fray if radiation drifts over NATO countries, and if NATO enters the fray, Russia has made clear it will be a war no one will win.
The world is literally sitting on a precipice, overlooking an abyss: nuclear war.
And if Ukraine does, in fact, detonate a radiation device, the escalations will happen so fast, almost none of us will have any warning that the nukes are launched. For most of us, the only information we’ll get is when we start seeing the brilliant, white, flashes that begin to vaporize us.

The facts are that the same people behind the entire globalist New World Order UN Agendas and the WEF Resets, are the same people still intent on fragmenting and taking over Russia. It is as if Russia remains the major obstacle to their plans for global hegemony. No doubt that got the MI6-CIA-Mossad minds (the major Rothschild intelligence services apart from the Rand, Oxford & Harvard thinktanks) working on the idea of letting one go themselves and then blaming Russia, in order to win support with us sheeple and those of most other Western nations to escalate the conflict either for the threat of a WWIII as the major pretext to usher in their proposed centralized NWO global controls, or on the other hand for their more traditional goals with the UK which is to break the Russian grip on Asia once and for all and to insert NWO dominion over them in their expansionism.
By exposing the prospect of a false flag with a dirty bomb at this time on the world stage, Russia has effectively put an end to the threat. Meanwhile, the NATO nations of eastern Europe are being drawn more and more into the conflict.

What you have in the leadership roles is a gaggle of globalist puppets making all of the top-down policies they are told to project “official” government policies – Biden, Johnson, Sunak, Merkle, Macron, Xi, and Trudeau, to name but a few of the globalist inserts. The point is that all of them are globalist puppets and they all are seen to have backed all of the Anglo-Zio NATO provocations in the Ukraine against the Russian people. Then there is the constant efforts to of the same Western powers to nibble away at various states and cultures of the Russian federation, no doubt with a desire to weaken Russia regarding competition in global markets, and also likely for that old desire to control its strategic turf over Asia, and over its vast resources – none of which goals, incidentally appear to be in keeping with any of the NWO goals for universal peace, order, justice, sharing, sustainable use, and equality, through centralized controls, where nation states and borders become old hat.
Immediately, when viewing the state of Russia with so many mainly US military basis surrounding the nation, all controlled by the same powers behind the NWO-UN-WEF Agendas, you have to conclude this is not New World Order stuff but very “old world” empire stuff. You have to wonder how it was that Putin was a such a sterling WEF prodigy of Kause Schwab “inserted” into the leadership role of his nation in much the same way as Biden, Sunak, Trudeau and many others were inserted into their positions, and wonder if he is not really playing a NWO role to help mount the peril of a WWIII as a final pretext for the NWO controls. Has he gone rogue with the NWO-UN-WEF agendas?
Well, then you learn that the governments of Russia, China, and India plus a host of developing nations have never been fully on board with all of the UN Agenda sustainability goals, although they do like the idea of more technocratic controls over currencies and their people. They simply cannot afford them, and nations outside the UK, the US, the EU, and China which have great natural resources are in fact very cool to not having controls over their own production and consumption levels but over also the ownership of their resources. They like do not want to see their powers further usurped either by a more centrist globalist government or by the Western cartels.
Speaking of the Wester cartels, one cannot ignore the vast control of the largest banking and financial cartel in the world, which is the Rothschild one, and the top multinational corporations which are mainly US-based, and which claim to own and control over 3/4 of the world’s assets. Coincidentally, not only do all of the breadcrumbs from the massive global Covid psyop go to their doors to effect their NWO-UN-WEF ends, but these are the same major powers, along with the US-based Rockefeller dynasty, which have ensured that all of the “globalist” political leaders of the West and China are their inserts.
What was the plan and reasoning for all of the Democratic Party and media Russia-bashing in the US beginning in the 2016 election and the fear of Trump? It was all coming from the same NWO banking and establishment moguls, with the left and the paid media carrying the globalist torch. This was the torch passed on from the previous Obama administration, with all of the globalist, border-crashing, nation-smashing, gender-destroying machinations, and at the same time out to destroy Russia. Of course, Russia was effectively supporting Syria and effectively halting the US-UK-Zio march through the Middle East, and was still a world power, so we are led to believe, despite the fact that Russia has a GDP less than that of Canada with a population to feed 5 times the number.
We also have to ask just how independent China is when not even the Chinese people are allowed to know the identity of actual major owners of the giant Huawei tech corporation controlling so much in that nation. Perhaps the Rothschilds, we speculate because of their vast investments and that of their most favored subjects into that nation over the past 44 years?
What is certain is that the quest for a New World Order is a quest for a One World Order and like the plundering old-world order of might-makes-right and in which the ends justify the means, there is a battle going on for totalitarian dominance, not only over nations but also over our very lives and our futures. In fact, if the war against Russia is real as this Western establishment wants us to believe, then it would appear that the common people of the West have the same enemy as the Russians.
If we are to believe the official narrative that a WWIII is actually heating up between NATO and Russia, then it would appear that since the 1800’s nothing has really changed on the geopolitical front. At that time the Russian Tzars were the enemy of the Rothschild Zionists, and the Russian Empire with its dominant position over Asia and its ownership and control over such vast resources and nations was the wet dream of the major moguls of the British Empire, which is now the US-UK-NATO empire controlled mainly by their descendants.
In this respect, it may be the case that the war in the Ukraine is not a pretext to usher in the NWO agendas and resets with a cental global government to be inserted on the world stage at the critical moment to avert a WWIII and give us peace for all times. Although the globalist US-led West did most certainly provoke the Russian bear with the intolerable oppression and violence against the majority Russians in the east, the Russians may also want to regain some of the grandeur and turf of the Russian Empire of the 1800’s. but one would think that they are mainly concerned now about their security.

No matter what war, atrocity, or massive deception this present order running the West is responsible for, all of our major banks, financial institutions, corporations and institutions have been in lockstep compliance with their policies for well over 100 years. Whether Putin’s Russia and the rest of the BRICS nations are the last bastions of national ownership of resources and independent governments from the US-UK-Rothschild bemouth or not, we know that their globalist UN sustainability and techno-reset agendas are pretexts for absolute control and domination over us and everything that matters including our very lives.
