A typical U.S. attack on a foreign country begins with a swarm of cruise missiles which will disable the countries basic infrastructure. The U.S. attack on Iraq and other countries demonstrated that electricity and water supply will be gone in first days of a U.S. waged war.
Over more than 200 days the Russian special military operation in Ukraine had never attacked the basic infrastructure of the country. When the Ukraine used its electrified railway network to bring in weapons from the ‘west’ the Russian forces only took out electric substations that supplied the railway. But it never attacked the general electricity production for the population. The lights in Ukraine staid on.
One thus wonders about the Ukrainian decision makers and their ‘western’ intelligence minders who thought that attacking electricity networks under Russian control would somehow benefit their cause.
The Ukrainian military has for weeks attacked the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, since early March under Russian control and guarded by Russian troops, with artillery strikes. Yesterday the last of the plant’s six reactors had to shut down after its connection to external emergency power supply was destroyed during another Ukrainian artillery attack. (The line was later restored.)
It was not the only target of Ukrainian infrastructure attacks. As British intelligence asset Bellingcat mouthpiece Christo Gorzev tweeted gleefully:

It seems (from retrospect) that Russia should have targeted Western Ukraine’s infrastructure on day 1. They are the group of people that support Zelensky and his oppression of the Donbas region, and so they should be in the dark and cold.
William Tecumseh Sherman won the civil war by making the south howl by burning every house in South Carolina to the ground. The Russians should employ his techniques; of course not intentionally targeting civilians, but their infrastructure is fair play.

Why is Russia holding back against Israel for daily bombing runs in Syria?
After the west tried to strangle Russia with total sanctions, why hold back on anything, I mean, if they want you dead, why hold back. Putin has said several times now, a world without Russia will be no world.
So what seems to me is Russia is busy doing something for the delay, like building more Sarmat Satan 2 missiles, they have not yet reached full inventory of their latest weapons, so they are feigning weakness, pulling back, not going all the way, because they still need to produce a full weapons inventory before launching WW3.

Putin made one big mistake. He went with international law, and started an SMO.
So long as there’s some semblence of a NWO, that history will never reflect the events that led us to where we are today.
As I said before the SMO, and I thought it would be a full on invasion, Russia should have done a US style shock & awe in Western UKraine, and on day 6, if no surrender, use 2 tactical nukes on the 7th day, and each day there after.
