The following report makes reference to a Foreign Affairs article by veteran U.S. diplomat Fiona Hill and Professor Angela Stent. The original Foreign Affairs report features a crucial passage.
At the risk of repetition I’m going to quote it verbatim because it is so important. According to Hill and Stent:
“…in April 2022, Russian and Ukrainian negotiators appeared to have tentatively agreed on the outlines of a negotiated interim settlement: Russia would withdraw to its position on February 23, when it controlled part of the Donbas region and all of Crimea, and in exchange, Ukraine would promise not to seek NATO membership and instead receive security guarantees from a number of countries.” – The World Putin Wants Foreign Affairs Sept/Oct 2022
So by the admission of a veteran U.S. diplomat, Russia and Ukraine were close to a peace agreement in April. Then out of the blue, blundering Boris Johnson made a surprise visit to Kiev and the tentative peace agreement suddenly fell apart.
What happened?
We can only conclude that Western intelligence got wind of the pending peace accord and the Western overlords then sent Briton’s oafish prime minister to warn President Zelensky to back-off.

For a few days after Boris’s visit, President Vladimir Zelensky declared that evidence of Russian war crimes had been discovered in Bucha, a town recently abandoned by Russian troops.
You may remember that the Western media went into overdrive with stories about a massacre committed by Russian troops in the town in April. Despite other reports that cast doubt on claims of a Russian War Crime, the stories gave President Zelensky a valuable pretext to abandon the tentative peace agreement with Moscow.
In other words the West gave Zelensky the opportunity to abandon the proposed peace accord and prolong the war. Confirming that the West is indeed ready to fight Russia to the last Ukrainian.
Western leaders and President Zelensky have the blood of a lot of Ukrainians and Russians on their hands. As does the Western MSM, which has largely ignored the following report and continues to demonise Russia. Ed.

A top US foreign policy expert has acknowledged that Russia and Ukraine could have reached a peace agreement in April.

The admission came this week from Fiona Hill, a veteran US diplomat who served as the US National Security Council’s senior director for Europe and Russia in the Donald Trump administration. An article that she co-wrote with Georgetown University Professor Angela Stent for Foreign Affairs magazine said Russian-Ukrainian peace talks in April were apparently conducted by the Russian side in good faith.
“According to multiple former senior US officials we spoke with, in April 2022, Russian and Ukrainian negotiators appeared to have tentatively agreed on the outlines of a negotiated interim settlement: Russia would withdraw to its position on February 23, when it controlled part of the Donbass region and all of Crimea, and in exchange, Ukraine would promise not to seek NATO membership and instead receive security guarantees from a number of countries,” the article said.
A peace-for-neutrality agreement was proposed by Ukraine in a draft document that it delivered to Russia during the March 29 talks in Istanbul, Turkey. The Russian military announced its withdrawal from some parts of Ukraine as a gesture of good will, right after the offer was made.
Days later, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky declared that Kiev had discovered evidence of war crimes in territories abandoned by Russian troops, particularly in the town of Bucha. He claimed that the Ukrainian public would not allow him to negotiate with a nation that, according to him, was committing a genocide of his people.
Russia said the evidence of war crimes had been fabricated and considered that Kiev had used the allegations as a pretext to ditch peace talks and continue fighting in the hope that Western military aid would allow it to win on the battlefield. According to Russian diplomats, Moscow wrote up a formal peace agreement based on Ukrainian proposals and sent it to Kiev, but never heard anything back.
In May, some Ukrainian media linked the collapse of the negotiations with pressure imposed on Kiev by British Prime Minister Boris Johnson. The UK leader publicly opposed a negotiated solution to the crisis in Ukraine and urged Kiev to fight on to obtain a stronger position in future talks.
Johnson visited Kiev on April 9, reportedly almost without warning and with a message for Zelensky that he could not get the deal he wanted from Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. According to the Ukrainskaya Pravda newspaper, he branded Putin a war criminal who could not be trusted and said that “even if Ukraine is ready to sign some agreements on guarantees with Putin, they [the West] are not.” Security guarantees for a neutral Ukraine from major world powers were the cornerstone of the proposed peace deal.
Senior Russian officials repeatedly stated that Moscow was willing to settle the conflict and warned that the decision to terminate talks only made the final conditions worse for Ukraine. The leadership in Kiev insisted that talks could only happen after Russia fully withdrew its troops, including from Crimea, which Moscow considers its territory.
It is not intended to weaken Russia, it is being used as part of the great reset and is designed to target Europe and the US. Let’s kill whitey.
Just because they had a tentative deal, doesn’t mean Zelensky was ever going to actually do a deal, irrespective of Boris.
At that time, there’s no way the hardline Nazis would agree to a deal where Russis essentially won.

I don’t watch the BBC these days, but after the Crimean sheeple voted to join Russia, the BBC would relentlessly show maps of UKraine with Crimea still part of UKraine… where were the fecking fact checkers?
I don’t believe Russia wanted a deal. The purpose of the SMO was a slow burn liquidation of Nazis. Peace doesn’t do that.
Imagine if a deal was done. UKraine would propably be armed to the teeth by now, even if such actions were barred by a peace deal.
Whoever contributes to lying in either government and media carry a heavy burden into the Afterlife. The consequences far outweigh any remote possibility of accountability in this life but await in that other Dimension conveyed in warnings via holy Prophets and Messengers throughout the course of history. Ukraine is obviously not a sovereign country and is acting ( a very appropriate word with Zelensky in the starring role ) under orders of the UK/US with nil consideration of the cost to its people . The EU ( Germany / France ) is a complete non-entity in all this and is very rapidly going to collapse because of self imposed sanctions at the behest of the US/UK entities.
The nexy couple of months will prove decisive whichever way it goes .
