Former Russian president Dmitry Medvedev has strongly warned the Western states against attempts at “punishing” the country over its ongoing military operation in neighboring Ukraine.
“The idea to punish a country that has the largest nuclear arsenal is absurd in and of itself,” Medvedev said on the Telegram messaging app on Wednesday.
The remarks were made in reference to a bid by the International Criminal Court (ICC) to punish Moscow over what the tribunal alleges to be potential crimes in the former Soviet republic.
The move to penalize Russia “potentially creates a threat to the existence of mankind,” Medvedev warned, pointing to the likelihood of a nuclear conflict.
Russia launched a military operation in Ukraine in late February, following Kiev’s failure to implement the terms of the Minsk agreements and Moscow’s recognition of the breakaway regions of Donetsk and Luhansk.
At the time, Russian President Vladimir Putin said one of the goals of what he called a “special military operation” was to “de-Nazify” Ukraine.
‘US history drenched in blood’
Presently serving as the deputy head of Russia’s Security Council, Medvedev blasted the United States for seeking to put Moscow in front of international tribunals, while evading punishment for its own wars which, according to him, have caused 20 million deaths worldwide.
“The whole of American history, starting from the suppression of the Indians, is bloody wars of annihilation,” said the 56-year-old ally of Putin
‘Any cap on Russia’s oil could cause prices to skyrocket’
Earlier in the day, Medvedev denounced reported comments by Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, who has proposed capping the price of Russian oil at around half its current level.
The global oil prices might exceed $300-$400 per barrel if the price cap proposals were to be implemented, he said.
Medvedev also cautioned that Russia might start denying Japan its energy exports and stop cooperating with Tokyo on a joint oil and gas project, which is under way on the Sakhalin Island, located off Russia’s eastern coastline.
Japan “would have neither oil nor gas from Russia, as well as no participation in the Sakhalin-2 LNG project” as a result of such a cap, pressuring the shares of Mitsui & Co and Mitsubishi Corp, Medvedev said, pointing to the Japanese corporations that are involved in the project.
Also on Wednesday, the Kremlin likewise reprimanded Japan over what it called a “very unfriendly position” towards Russia, saying this hampered the development of economic relations, including in the energy sphere.
Japan has joined its Western allies in slapping sweeping economic sanctions on Russia over the operation in Ukraine.
“Japan is taking a very unfriendly position towards Russia. In any case, such an unfriendly stance does not help to facilitate relations on trade and the economy, including the energy dialogue,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
“We discussed Mr Kishida’s proposal yesterday and have said that this is only an initiative announced, there were no consolidated decisions taken,” Peskov said. “It is doubtful whether such decisions could be taken, frankly speaking.”
Yes, all very well, and Medvedev has come out as a major supporter of the SMO and frequently broadsides the NWO, but…

There’s a sound line of thinking which suggests that Russia could launch a full nuclear strike, and I mean, fire the lot, and that Russia could stop most, if not all NWO nukes, with Russias extensive range of ‘S’ missile defence systems, and in particular, the S500 and the mind blowing S550, which is a specialisation on the S500.
Now, these systems are very good. Better than anything that the West has, but I have no idea about what kind of success they would achieve. But rest assured, the Russians will have, and will continue to game this strategy, as indicated the other day that a huge number of mobile land based nukes were doing drills. Sarmat will be delivered later this year, and I reckon they have some ready to go right now.

So as I said earlier, YT channels are saying exactly what I said earlier. With Boris gone, there’s going to be change in the UKs posture in UKraine.
I am not saying peace in our time, but there’s a chance, a slim chance, that the UK deep state will blink. This can only be good for global peace, and Russia might extend whatever time line they were on. I said ‘might’. It all depends on how the Ruskies read English tea leafed.

So the UK deep state needs a new front man, woman, trans, or bot, to usher in a new course. How big this course change is, and what direction its going, only time will tell.

I’d have to spend a lot of times writing that answer, and I don’t get paid to write comments that long, or even get paid for my regular comments.
It depends how deep and far you think the secret state roots are in the sheeple society.
I think those roots are very deep and are spread far and wide.
Take the Privy Council, and the huge number of PC’s. Some are active, but many do virtually nothing, but the main reason why there are so many, is that in a time of crisis, where many could be incapacitated, there will be enough to step upto the plate.
Go to the Privy Council website and read the members. Even Diane Abbott is a member. So while she plays her role in the sham cut and thrust of politics, she’s an embedded deep state asset. And I’m not saying the PC is the deep state, but it is a viable clue to the extent of the deep state.

You have worked hard and well at making your points. I have read and re-read your posts. But I stall on your quest to find ‘the deep state’. I do see and endorse your point that the repulsive Klaus Schwab is a no-account git. He is in place to repel and frighten. But then, why dismiss the Jacob Rothschild factor? He is the present head of the Rothschild family, and it was that family that set off the communist tidal wave that engulfed Great Russia, and eventually much of the world. It is this family that found a dusty little old man in the corner of a Swiss library and made Lenin of him in 1917. That was the event that sounded the first note of the continuum of which we are seeing the last instalment now. It is still centred on Russia.
Russia, qua Russia, perished with the 1917 event. Its people became the pawns of the next move, WWII, that was meant to engulf the entire world. That move was very successful, but not decisive, because communism failed: the Soviet Union disintegrated. The next move, the third, saw the oligarchs bring Russia to its knees, its people literarily starving. That was meant to have been the end of Russia. But, it was not: Putin arrived. Some 20 years later, Russia is again a Great Power.
The above is a rough sketch. But I need it simple to make my point: To crush Russia was a Rothschild intention in 1917. It still is. And ‘Rothschild’ is not a catch-all term, a bogey man. It is a great, active force, its head being Jacob Rothschild. And I doubt that this observation can be dismissed laughingly as an instance of reductio ad absurdum. It cannot be, for reason alone that Jacob is the strongest Rothschild yet. I think I recall correctly that it was Forbes Magazine that revealed that his personal fortune is GBP 7 trillion. That sort of money power is enabling to the nth degree.
So: Is Putin his man? Or is Putin the great Russsian statesman who stood a vanquished (by the all-thieving ‘oligarchs’ ) Russia on its feet, and means to keep it there? I think (or hope) the latter.
And, at long last, the point I have been working to make: Nothing is achieved by trying to find who constitutes the ‘deep state’. The Rothschild factor is all we need to know. His lieutenants are the deep state, and they are no doubt an ever-changing crew.
