NATO is working on plans for a full-scale military presence on its border in an effort to battle future Russian aggression, The Telegraph reported, citing NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg.
NATO was “in the midst of a very fundamental transformation” that will reflect “the long-term consequences” of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s actions, Stoltenberg said in an interview with the newspaper.
“What we see now is a new reality, a new normal for European security. Therefore, we have now asked our military commanders to provide options for what we call a reset, a longer-term adaptation of NATO,” it cited Stoltenberg as saying.
Stoltenberg, who recently said he would extend his term as head of the alliance by a year, also said in the interview that decisions on the reset would be made at a NATO summit to be held in Madrid in June.
Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has triggered Europe’s largest refugee crisis since World War Two and led Western nations to rethink their defense policies.

Soltenberg is another thicko sheeple muppet. He heads an organisation (NATO), that many, and some objectively independent, that NATO should have been broken up when the Soviet Union collapsed.
It is now a fact, that senior NATO commanders, and special forces from NATO countries, are leading (unsuccessfully) the none NATO member, UKraine.

The truth is, Russia could destroy every MOD, every three letter agency, every NATO command center and most NATO bases, including in the US, and no one in NATO would know they’d been hit until they’d been hit.
When Putin says nothing can stop Russias hypersonic weapons, he’s being economical with the truth.
These weapons get fired, they climb, then drop to near surface altitude and travel at rediculous speeds to their targets. The NATO base in Northern UKraine, was hit, NATO only knew this when the base was hit.
The truth, NATO is in shock, serious mother focker shock. Never mind the nuclear powered cruise missiles that can fly almost indefinitely, or the super fast nuclear armed torpedos, again, almost zero warning. And then they have their hypersonic ballistic missiles which come in at mach 10, with warheads able to change direction at alarming speeds. Just one of these ballistic missiles with a full compliment of warheads with no decoys, it would wipe the UK clean, there would be nothing left. Just one warhead would take out London and all of the Southeast.
