The words above about Ukraine can well fit the nations of Poland, and all three Baltic states. The words indicate how Russia views being gradually surrounded by NATO bases, all with missiles aimed at Russia.
Any movement at all against _any_ of those nations would trigger the NATO Mutual Defense Treaty, Article 5, –collective self defense — and would literally mean the outbreak of World War 3.
It now appears that horror may not be too far off.

This has nothing to do with the article, but as I pretty much don’t have any contact with anyone except through this site, I thought I’d post it here.
I just went to an online ‘travel agency’ and asked about going to the USA as a tourist if I’m unvaccinated. I was mauled. Besides the obvious “you’ll infect us all”, I was told that “the USA, thank God, doesn’t let in unvaccinated people in order to protect american citizens”. The thing is, if you go the USA gov site it lists about 90 countries that you can enter the USA from unvaccinated, including Iraq, Iran, Syria, South Africa, Cuba, and numerous other places that I can’t remember now, but that most Americans would certainly rather keep out. But not the UK.
By the way, as far as I understand it, anyone from anywhere can now enter the UK without being jabbed, do as they please, and leave as they please, including, of course, Americans.
