The Russian Ministry of Defense has issued an urgent bulletin saying “All civilians should leave Kyiv.”
They can do so by taking the highway towards Vasilkov, a city located 20km southwest of the capital, it said in a statement on Monday, claiming that “this direction is open and safe.”
The ministry added that Russia “only attacks military objects” and insisted that the civilian population will not be at risk if they are using this route.
Looks as though the negotiations between Russia and Ukraine in Belarus are not going too well.
To date, the Russians have been very careful not to bomb civilian targets. They have taken great losses of men in order to conduct their operations in this manner. Apparently the cost has become too high, or the Ukrainians are too intransigent at negotiations, and the gloves are coming off.
For Russia to publicly announce All Civilians should leave Kiev” shows that heavy bombing of that city is actually coming.

Well, I did say 6 days max for regular invasion. I think Putin has blundered by not going all out. Ive no idea why he’s talking to the Nazis, because they only do what the UK/US tells them to.

I am minded by the words of General Kinmits, who ordered all women and children to leave Fallujah, and were then shot by US snipers as they tried to cross the river. The Russians are giving a blanket instruction for ALL civilians to leave Kiev. I hope the Russians use thermobaric and fuel/weapons against the forces who want a fight in Kiev. I really don’t seen why Russia needs to be kind. This is where MI6, the SAS and their mercenaries will try to inflict the most damage using the tunnels they’ve been building since 2014.

I agree with “nass” that there will be no heavy bombing of Kiev or any other Ukrainian city. Only the US and Israel have the privilege of bombing and blasting to smithereens weaker countries without fear of repercussion or consequence. The western press (which is to say the “world” media) has already whipped up the sheep into a blind hatred of Putin and everything Russian. The sheep are already being stirred up to call for “war crimes” against Putin even though his forces have hardly fired a shot…preferring to see his own troops killed without the capacity to defend themselves in order to avoid giving any more fuel for the media to pump out the “atrocity” stories the west most likely has already scripted for release at the appropriate moment. This is how timid Putin is about further risking the ire of the west. He is begging the west to work with Russia, not trying to destroy or capture Ukraine.
No one really wants a war, especially Russia. Thus, this charade all ends soon with some vague kind of deal that simply kicks the can a little further down the road of time. Russia will have none of its security concerns addressed, and Putin will even have to make some kind of concessions that he can use as optics in the Russian media. Afterwards, Russia will be tied up for years trying to negotiate further concessions with the west simply to mitigate the effects of the latest sanctions put on them for Ukraine. In other words, Putin comes out of this with LESS leverage than he had when deciding to send his forces into Ukraine. The globalist-zionist agenda and associated economic sanctions against Russia will remain in place (for at least as long as Putin is in power) until the end goal of that agenda with regards to that region of the world is achieved.
It’s an outcome not at all unlike the “truckers” protest in Canada this past month. Those protests were rather quietly brought to a close without the Canadian govt making a single concession to the protesters. In fact, the Canadian govt (and WEF) even ratcheted up the tyranny by legalizing the theft of people’s money if they ever again dare to express any grievances with their govt! The tyrannical measures taken by the govt under the guise of the pandemic scam not only remain in place, but have been further enhanced and moved the country further down the road toward the great dystopian reset.
With regard to the Ukraine-Russia war charade, my bet is we’ll see an outcome similar to that of the “truckers” protest in Canada. And Putin, like the “truckers”, will have to accept that the globalist-zionist cabal is not going to modify they’re globalist agenda one iota and will simply have to find a way to limp along with whatever leverage he may have had now seriously diminished going forward. Putin is up against the same forces trying to inject every man, woman, and child in the west with their potentially deadly experimental mystery serum while forfeiting they’re basic rights as citizens to complain and petition their govt for redress of grievances. The Russians should NOT attack Kiev. They should know better than to get bogged down in streetfighting. They should pinch out the salient in Eastern Ukraine, trapping and annihilating Ukrainian forces there. The only question remaining now is to know just how the proposed destruction of parts of Kiev is to be choreographed to serve both NATO and Russian interests.
