I think the panic the truckers caused indicates it was a grassroots development, and the claim it was a plot by the elites is the attempt to say nothing outside of their plan happens – like they’re omnipotent gods who control all. Then as they panicked they brought in the account seizures, again outside of their plans, a panic measure that soon backfired because instead of retaking the initiative it introduced further problems.
I’d say it’s a psy-op to claim the convoy was the elite plan, to hide the fact they were outmanoeuvred. It happened, so they must claim they planned it to happen that way to project omnipotence, when in reality it really f***ed them up as did their own response to it. It exposed something which was not yet supposed to be revealed.

Following up the comment by PIG-SWILL FLY, the sudden about-face in (1) “freezing” bank accounts and (2) tracking down donors to the truckers’ funds and confronting them face-to-face supports a last-minute INVERSION of the narrative by The Power$ That Be in Canada, some few of whom, I presume, are Canadian by birth.
A jumped-the-gun DEMO of just how BETTER connected you can be “for your safety” through digital ID was NOT what “The Plan” called for!
