Britain’s Prince Andrew must make himself available to answer questions under oath by next July 14 in a civil lawsuit by a woman who accused him of sexually abusing her when she was a teenager.
U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan in Manhattan set the deadline to complete depositions in a Monday scheduling order agreed to by lawyers for Andrew and Virginia Giuffre, his accuser.
Giuffre, 38, has said the Duke of York forced her to have sex approximately two decades ago at the London home of late financier Jeffrey Epstein’s longtime associate, Ghislaine Maxwell.

She also accused Andrew of abusing her at Epstein’s mansion in Manhattan, and on Epstein’s private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Andrew, 61, has not been charged with any crimes, and has “categorically” denied Giuffre’s claims.
His legal team is expected to review a 2009 settlement agreement between Giuffre and Epstein, whom she also accused of abuse, to determine whether it shielded their client from Giuffre’s lawsuit.
Andrew has an Oct. 29 deadline to formally respond to Giuffre’s lawsuit, which seeks unspecified damages.
A court conference is scheduled for Nov. 3, and Giuffre has until Dec. 15 to amend her complaint if she wishes.
Epstein, a registered sex offender, killed himself in a Manhattan jail in August 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
Maxwell faces a scheduled Nov. 29 trial in Manhattan on charges she helped recruit and groom underage girls for Epstein to abuse. She has pleaded not guilty.

One thing that is highly unlikely is that Epstein killed himself. He was a useful Mossad asset and would not be left to hang by them. Most likely is that he is sunning himself on a Tel Aviv beach with some underage Ukrainian girl. Also, the chance of Prince Andrew doing hard time is pretty remote. One set of rules for us and another for them.

Virginia Giuffre was of legal age in the UK. The current age of consent in the US Virgin Islands is 18, maybe this was the same when the alleged crime took place. Jeffery Epstein’s island was private, does this affect the case? Could it be that PA didn’t know which jurisdiction he was in? Very easy to get on a private plane where it was unlikely to be policed by border agents on departure and certainly not on arrival. One thing is certain, Giuffre was consenting as a 17yr old, & while the age of consent varies quite a lot given the upper and lower limits. Most US states are at 16 years of age.
Then we have the deal that Giuffre made in the Epstein case. My guess is that unless some evidence miraculously appears, this case against PA will peter out.
I’d call it praising with faint damnation, as with Savile, who is said to have been an accomplice of both the Moors Murderers and the Yorkshire Ripper (a Jew). A commenter directed us to a video where a survivor of satanic ritual abuse gave a talk outside the Palace. If they are not Reptilians they use holograms or suchlike to seem like it, but I assume they simply are. Their cruelty is foreign. Souls can be parasitic. These need to be chased down too.

@Carl Jones, Sex with a consenting 17 year old girl might be ok, but the article above says she is accusing Andrew of forcing her to have sex. That if it’s true, and I’m sure you would agree with me, is not ok.
Epstein may be “dead” after hanging himself with paper sheets, but even if he really was dead, the recordings he made still exist, probably multiple copies in multiple locations.
Randy ponce Andy will never face a day in court, and neither will that Maxwell whore. Too many wealthy scum have too much to lose if those recordings were to come out.
I wonder what the cover story will be when Maxwell flies out to join Epstein on that beach. I wouldn’t think (((they’d))) dare fake another “suicide”, and Boston brakes could be difficult to arrange convincingly as she’s supposedly behind bars.
Stevie57: As much as I detest the Royals, & I think Andrew is fairly dense, I don’t think he physically forced her. As far as I know, there’s no evidence that PA would do that. She was on the private island, at an apartment in New York and in London. She is grinning in one well used image. I tend to go with how these things go, and that she was swept off her feet and enjoyed everything when it happened, if it happen with PA. She sat an this story for how long? She did a deal with Epstein’s first case. I genuinely believe that PA was setup. Being completely unbiased, I think she has a very weak case… GOING ON WHAT WE KNOW, or think we know.
I also hold the view that in the background, the UK regime is having its arm twisted so the US extracts the best deal, for whatever the US wants. I suspect the UK could pay a very big price so PA walks.
Look at all the other mega well known and very powerful xxxx’s who she’s probably romped with? This is a highly selective prosecution, and I expect PA’s very hot shot lawyers to destroy her case. When PA says he can’t remember, I completely agree, I often can’t remember what I did 10 minutes ago… lol. Just wondering, is there a long list of prostitutes crawling out of the woodwork to dis PA? I don’t know, but I’ve not heard of any, let alone PA being into aggressive sex. Oh yeh, he would ask me to resist so he could force himself on me, it really turned him on…
The Jew/Bilderberg Queen fixed the verdict in Meghan Markles court case against a national newspaper. Then she fixed it so the British police would declare that Andrew had no case to answer. She has spent millions on lawyers already.
But that’s in Britain, where they still worship titles. America will be a much harder to fix.
I do not think the the Prince of England has anything to worry about. Too rich and powerful for the law to touch. Who is financing the Plaintiff’s case though?
