This is so very britain. For those of you lucky enough to live elsewhere – in britain they always throw up laws/rules/whatever that seem to indicate that you have some kind of rights or ability to protect yourself in some way – but it’s always bollocks. There’s always a way for the scum with all the money and power to shove a knife down your throat regardless, just as if the law/rule/whatever never existed to begin with. Only the idle rich believe that the law will protect them.

1. Under English common law it would arguably be a breach of the implied term of a contract of employment not to impose unfair conditions of employment to dismiss an employee for not submitting to a medical intervention such as the so-called vaccination. It could also constitute the tort of intimidation. The Employment Rights Act 1996 provides further protection in requiring a permitted statutory ground of dismissal.
2. It is illegal and unethical to engage in medical intervention WITHOUT AND AGAINST a person’s consent. It would amount to the tort of battery in the absence of a defence.
3. Consent means INFORMED consent.
4. The full effects of the so-called vaccines for the so-called Covid-19 are still being assessed as it appears that trials were not competed, double blind studies were abandoned and and the full ingredients have not been disclosed (it seems for commercial competition reasons – https://www.thetruthseeker.co.uk/?p=240826)
5. Therefore consent cannot be fully informed to these injections.
6. Children are in any event unable to understand and therefore give informed consent.
7. The Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2021 (the “Regulations”) make it mandatory for those working in care homes to have the Covid-19 vaccination, (They come into force on 11/11/21 -see https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2021/891/made).
8. How ironic that the day of remembrance for those who died fighting for freedom in WW II has been chosen as the day on which people are required to sacrifice an important common law freedom.
9. It is even more ironic as being a day on which people are required to possibly sacrifice their lives if and to the extent that the injections are a cause of death.

This is not new. The NHS has long pressurised staff to have other vaccinations – Hepatitis is the usual one. Most staff refuse. Until now, the management has had to back off.
It would seem that now they know that the government is fully behind them, they are ramping it up.
