My brother in law while researching for a book at the British Library the archive centre and the British Museum came across the original sandhurts file for Winston Churchill, it reads “Winston is a rampant and dtermined homosexual who is a a menace to the younger boys ”

There’s a bitchute video gone up overnight presumably taken yesterday where a large crowd in Manchester is protesting at a Covid injection centre. It looks like a shop in a busy street set up for the jabs. They’re chanting “Shame on you!” and they mean it. It’s good to see and indicates serious resistance is beginning because that crowd was organised where people had met there to protest. It wasn’t just some flash protest.
What starts with protests can end with heads on pikes and I think that’s where the establishment is taking this Covid genocide.

THE QUESTION OF LEGAL REMEDIES FOR VACCINE
HESITANTS IF mRNA INFORMATION IS NOT SUPPLIED
The United Kingdom Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) asserts in effect that commercial confidentiality justifies not revealing certain information in its possession relating to the Messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccination (Injection).
It is not inconceivable we may now see:
(1) Actions for damages against employers who mandate an Injection as a condition of employment , alleging
(A) the tort of intimidation and
(B) breach of implied terms of the contract of employment (including the duty to maintain mutual trust and confidence and not impose unfair conditions) ; and
(C) the tort of negligence in exposing the employee to the risk of injury from the Injections, adding a claim for damages for Nervous Shock due to the ongoing psychological consequences of the trauma caused by the situation induced by the threat.
(2) Further actions for damages for the tort of battery against
employers in the event a person does submit to the threat of dismissal and is given the Injections-their consent being void if it was provided under duress as a result of the threat of loss of livelihood.
(3) Claims against employers and service providers (such as airlines) for discrimination under the Equality Act 2010 invoking religious or philosophical belief and/or disability (physical or mental impairment) .
(4) Actions for a declaration that the Injections are unlawful as being an infringement of the right to be fully informed of the procedure involved. Full knowledge would be needed of the mechanisms and likely long-term effects, including (as now appears) antibody-dependent enhancement and blood clotting. Without it there can be no valid consent. (This has nothing to do with the Nuremberg Code.)
(5) Actions for injunctions against the Minister for COVID Vaccine Deployment and the National Health Service on the basis that the Injections are a form of medical treatment and any medical treatment must be deemed appropriate for a particular patient determined by the patient’s medical condition and absent an individuated assessment it would amount to medical negligence.
(6) Calls for prosecutions under Hate Speech laws of employers, service providers (such as airlines) and shops.
Section 4Aof the Criminal Justice and Public Ortder Act 1994 states, in part:
(1) A person is guilty of an offence if, with intent to cause a person harassment, alarm or distress, he—
(a) uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour, or
(b) displays any writing, sign or other visible representation which is threatening, abusive or insulting,
thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress.
If a person is subject to interrogation about personal medical history he may regard this as insulting and abusive and if told he will be dismissed or refused access or service he may feel harassed, alarmed or distressed.
All of this takes place against a back-drop of injuries and deaths being attributed to the Injections.
Emerging evidence that being injected does not prevent one from
(a) being labelled as a test-positive Case or
(b) being able to infect another person or
(c) being hospitalised or
(d) dying
might understandably make some people who aware of the aforementioned injuries and deaths hesitant to be injected without at least knowing the details of the mRNA mechanism.
The MHRA response appears to raises a number of legal issues and my recommendation to anyone who feels they or their children may be affected in the UK would be to seek the advice of a qualified independent barrister or solicitor as to what are the legal ramifications, (applying for Legal Aid to do so if necessary.)
