The young Irishman pictured here has been very naughty. Specifically he, along with two other Nigerians, raped and otherwise sexually assaulted a 14 year-old girl a few years back. The girl told police that the three accused took it in turns to pin her to the ground and forcefully have sex with her. She said she was still on anti-depressants and had suicidal ideation four years on as a direct result of the abuse. A very serious offence, one for which an Irish offender would get ten years in the slammer at a minimum.
But these offenders are black, and Muslim. Right at the pinnacle of the Victimhood Hierarchy. And they’re being tried in a Western court. So they walked. That’s right, they walked. Judge Mary Ellen Ring noted that the three men will carry a sexual offence conviction with them, which may “cause them not to get employment, or to lose employment.” She said this was punishment in itself and was likely to come back against them in many years to come. Yes, she actually said that. Judge, for a Nigerian parasite in welfare-rich Ireland work is just about the last thing he thinks about. What were the other mitigating factors? Akinade ‘showed remorse’ and was ‘co-operative with police’.

Akinade was due to be deported after the conviction but, wait for it, another bewigged imbecile not alone blocked the deportation but granted him asylum. Why? Because according to Justice Bernard Barton he was a ‘hot prospect for the future for Irish football’. Not content with this the rapist then, with the help of publicly-funded hot-shot lawyers, got injunctions against five newspapers preventing them from publishing his name. And who presided over these cases? The same Justice Barton.
And did these splendid young gentlemen suffer the torment of guilt, sleepless anguished nights where their crimes came back to haunt them as feared by Judge Ring? No. In fact after the court case they took to social media to mock and abuse the victim. This by the way was in flagrant breach of a restraining order issued by the courts and for which breach they suffered no repercussions.

I have been a voluntary counsellor for 40 years, now in my late 70s
but very experienced/ i was sent to the home of a muslim woman, as her and her 4 children were being beaten, they were not allowed to have lighting or heating in the home when the husband was out, and while he dressed very well he kept them desperately short of money.
The wife had been crippled by the man and had her jaw and arm broken in the past, he had kicked her in the stomach while pregnant and she lost a baby
The wife could not travel out on her own, so it was arranged i would call by the social workers when the husband was out.I arrived at the home and spoke with the very frightened wife while the children were at school.
The husband a big angry man had cloned her mobile phone and knew she had phoned me. and then burst in and beat me with a short thick weapon, while i lay semi conscious on the floor he was racially abusing me then beating me again.
i staggered out into the road and collapsed, an ambulance was called by a passer by
and i had 2 weeks in intensive care on life support.
i had several broken bones and the head injuries i have mean i cant do things like go shopping or remember things day to day.
This man was well known to police and social workers and would brag about beating white men
It came to court and he walked free, the judge felt he had enough worry over the court case, and that was enough punishment

The judge is an idiot, who should be sacked and barred from practicing law. Most Muslims look at western women as little more than common prostitutes, I think that most Muslim men have very little regard for women at all. I’m not conversant with Irish Law. In the U.K. the Prosecutor has a right in such a case to refer the case to the Attorney General (in layman’s terms to seek leave to appeal against the sentence) for its leniency in what clearly is a grave criminal case. I would have thought a similar procedure existed in the Irish courts…

In Ottawa, Canada a woman who clearly was being favoured under affirmative action (she was a city bus driver who was still driving after having been involved in two accidents) was at the wheel when her doubledecker bus jumped a curb and collided with a bus stop canopy. Three people were killed and others lost limbs. Police arriving on the scene arrested the driver. Then suddenly she was released and all the public discussion since has been about how to replace buses that jump curbs and kill people, not about employing drivers who prevent this from happening! The city appears to be in full cover-up mode, denying the media access to documentation relating to the accident.

You take the moral high ground in rage against this corrupted Judge, giving the George Sorros sponsored migrants access to the West. Then giving them a free pass to do as they like with no fear of repercussions.
But rather than address the issue of who gives these migrants documents and money to travel here, who makes laws that allow them to claim refugee status with no proof of their origin country (I mean a basic language check would rule out most these migrants claiming to be from specific war zones, when they do not even speak the dialect of that region), you comment on their fakes religious status (which is only used to claim they are a persecuted minority in some Christian part of Africa, go see how many of these fake muslims are in a mosque on Friday midday, I garuntee you not one!).

It is a bad situation everywhere with the judges . In Italy the magistrates are very often corrupt and politically red . We had a recent case of a captain of the ONG ship carrying illegal migrants , ignoring the orders of the Coast Guard and she was freed without charge .
So , very often the illegal invaders destroy their identity card and other documents to make a secure identification more difficult . Why are not those people rejected immediately ? Instead those people are defended in the Courts and this bring disrepute on the profession of the magistrates . I often think that some Court decisions are simply ridiculous and out of this world . The governments must introduce new rules to force Judges that behave in idiotic manner to resign or be sacked . The idea of the independence of the judiciary is no longer valid today , There must be accountability and who make errors must go .
