I am 74. Now that my sex drive has diminished, I regret that I wasted my life pursuing sex and relationships. Were it not for sex, I wonder if men and woman would see each other, given the gender bashing we have seen.
I realize now that the young women that enthralled me were delusions. These ladies were not who I thought they were. I idealized them.
Romantic love is our ersatz religion. We are besotted with young fertile women and sex. Intercourse is a holy sacrament. Orgasm is a “mystical experience.
Our pagan (i.e. Cabalistic, Masonic) “culture” is a sex cult.
Naked women are pushed in our faces. Porn is everywhere. We have been addicted to sex.
They use sex like catnip, to control us and make millions of dollars.
We were programmed by movies and music to fulfill mental concepts whether or not they correspond to reality.
We were programmed to worship movie stars — “sex Goddesses.”
Since young women are gatekeepers of the “Holely Grail,” they’re elevated to the status of goddesses.
Males have a natural tendency to idealize women anyway. We fetishized them. They could do no wrong. Men are conditioned to seek their approval.Satisfying a woman was proof of manhood.

Personally speaking, I don’t have the temperamental need to reflect anguishingly, over the emotional or pecuniary pain, that my girlfriends visited on me. What would be the point? I knew their faults at the time and I chose to be with them. No praise; no blame.
I doubt that there’s a man or woman alive who hasn’t felt that they’ve been wronged in a relationship. Loving someone excites distresses of the heart. As much as we’d like to think that it oughtn’t to be so, it is. This isn’t something to be resentful of though. It merely is.
Unless you’ve had the misfortune to couple with a psychopath, in which case, you may indeed have cause, man or woman, to reflect recriminatingly on the past but for a man to indict women, for the tribulations that the Earth itself beleaguers men with, tells us of that man’s unwillingness to engage intimately with his own soul and bring critical appraisal to his own words and his own deeds, before condemning others. As a 56 year old man I fully concur with Makow. Women, for the most part, are empty vessels, with scant intellectual value or imagination. Sure, they can be taught any profession, because they have powers of memory, but women generally lack intellectual depth, with some exceptions of course. The modern obsession with sex and relationships is designed to give women God-like powers over men who pursue them. Having said, I find the diminished passion that age brings, a cool breathe of fresh air that brings a better perspective on life. If women complain about their physical objectification, it must be said that men might complain about their objectification of their income. Only later in life have I really appreciated how materialistic human beings are. Younger men of course instinctively know this and do jobs for money and status; jobs they may thoroughly hate. I speak from experience on this, and it was a blessed relief for me to consciously relinquish career pathways aimed at making me “more attractive”.

At somewhat advanced age, widowed early enough to have had time to reflect on this and a number of other questions (and hopefully enough time left to dive into a few more rabbit holes), my take herewith:
Women are not worth obsessing about beyond the family requirement.
They may have intelligence of survivalist nature related to their circumstances but so do all the animals and bugs—they are perfect for their place—and that’s it, they cannot nor want to reach outside their box and explore the existential unknown, like men are apt to do. They are not moral beings, their sole concern is utilitarian, here and now and as such they are indispensable to family, to initializing the growth of children.
They are happy to seek security and comfort under auspices of a male they gauged to be a winner among other males—look at how they act in public arena today, what do they contribute by way of originality; only cheerleading or criticism from the sidelines.
In older, more rational, less guilt-ridden cultures, they were seen as useful property, war spoils and trophies, essential homemakers for settled men but by no means on par.
Not accepted as legitimate, reliable, responsible witnesses in court, participants in civic debates, policy development, since they lacked autonomous reference and moral orientation.
Stressing over women, what they think and why is futile and useless.

In reality, if you want a love relationship, you must do it with another person. God is fake, women are real. No god gives a shit about you and Gaza is proof.
