Update on migrant donkey sex scandal probe that shocked

Sexual abuse against a donkey have not been proven, police have said in an update.
the animal became involved in an alleged sex scandal in the summer of 2024 after a “lot of blood” and a man’s belt were found in a field.
CCTV showed several migrants at the animal
police officers were called to investigate what had happened to the donkey Masie after it was found unwell by its owner.
The incident happened in the village of Watchfield, near Shrivenham, on the Oxfordshire and Wiltshire border.
Owners of the field where the donkey resides has confirmed that more CCTV has since been installed.
No arrests have been made as no evidence was of improper behaviour involving the animal, and the case has now been shelved.
Providing an update, a Thames Valley Police spokeswoman said: “Between 5pm on Friday 14 June 2024 and 8am on Saturday 15 June 2024 it was reported that abuse of an animal took place on High Street, Watchfield.
“Investigations were undertaken but have not resulted in arrests, it was said police were reluctant to take action against migrants
“The investigation has been filed, pending any new information coming to light on who these men were as all wore masks . If anybody does have any information, they should contact TVP on 101, quoting reference 43240280367.”
