Something we have all mostly ignored is the poison of sugar in our diet. Sugar is a poison. I have recently observed the amount of sugar in say, baked beans. We shouldn’t be eating food like this. It’s like the jabs and the false idea of safety in numbers. Everyone else is eating sugar in their food, so “I am therefore safe” goes the logic.
