Introduction – June 19, 2026
The following report raises serious questions about Trump’s mental fitness for the Oval Office. On the face of it it could be easily dismissed as Trump trying to minimize and gloss over what many analysts view as a U.S. defeat.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the only instance of Trump playing free and easy with the truth for his own benefit. Coming from an adversary like Iran it might be dismissed as part of propaganda campaign. However, when similar reports come from supposed allies like Italy things are different.
According to Italian Prime Minister Georgia Meloni, Donald Trump “totally invented” a story about her after the U.S. president claimed she begged him to take a photo with her during the G7 summit.
Is Trump’s narcissism getting the better of him? Is he really so delusional about meeting supposed European allies or the recent conflict with Iran that he actually believes what he says?
If so, this calls into question Trump’s state of mind and whether he is mentally fit to continue as president?
Trump takes aim at critics of US-Iran MoU, says Iran ‘finished’
Joseph Stepansky – Al Jazeera June 19, 2026
United States President Donald Trump has struck out at critics of a memorandum of understanding signed by Washington and Tehran to end the US-Israeli war with Iran.
The statements on Friday, a continuation of Trump’s defence of the deal to end the war launched by the US and Israel on February 28, came a day after US Vice President JD Vance cancelled a planned trip to Switzerland to begin negotiations on a host of entrenched issues as outlined in the MOU.
The delay has thrown into question the longevity of the deal, only a day after both sides signed on, with Israel’s ongoing fighting in Lebanon threatening to derail the diplomatic breakthrough.
In back-to-back posts on Truth Social on Friday, Trump maintained that he had strengthened Washington’s hand in the region, rejecting criticism from Democrats and a handful of Republicans that the MOU only addresses issues that the conflict itself created.
That included reopening the Strait of Hormuz, ending the US naval blockade on Iran’s ports, and halting fighting on all fronts, including, ostensibly, Lebanon.
Trump said, “The War has diminished Iran!”, pointing to US attacks that have degraded Iran’s navy, air force and traditional military capabilities.
He added that Democrats, however, are saying “Iran is better off now than it was four months ago. Can you imagine getting away with that??? How stupid can some people be???”
In a second post, Trump declared that Iran, not the US, entered negotiations out of “desperation”, adding, “They are FINISHED!”
“We’ll play out the 60 days,” he said, in an apparent reference to the MOU’s negotiation period, during which time Iran’s nuclear programme, the future administration of the Strait of Hormuz, the releasing of Iran’s frozen assets, the lifting of all sanctions on Iran, and the creation of a $300bn reconstruction plan for Iran were set to be discussed.
Trump claims Iran’s ‘unconditional surrender’
Trump had also sat down for an on-camera interview with Axios News on Thursday, in which he suggested that Iran’s signing of the MOU “probably is unconditional surrender”.
He added that he learned from the war, which remained unrestrained by the US Congress, that there “are no limits” to his power.
He also took aim at a handful of Republican Iran hawks who have criticised the MOU.
That has included Senator Tom Cotton, the chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, who has criticised the agreement’s immediate lifting of US sanctions on Iran’s fossil fuel industry, calling it a “step in the wrong direction”.
Senator Roger Wicker, meanwhile, criticised both the planned $300bn reconstruction fund for Iran, which Trump has maintained will not be funded by US taxpayer dollars, and the pledge to halt fighting in Lebanon.
On Friday, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei again said Tehran holds the US responsible for attacks in Lebanon, as Israel said it hit more than 150 targets since midnight.
Shortly after, a US official, two Hezbollah sources, and and Israeli official told the Reuters news agency that a new ceasefire had been agreed in Lebanon.
A day earlier, US Vice President JD Vance lodged a rare public rebuke of Israel amid its ongoing military campaign, warning Israeli officials against attacking “the only powerful ally that [they] have anywhere left in the entire world”.
In his interview with Axios, Trump maintained that his relationship with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was “good, but we have to keep him a little bit sane.”

Let’s play a game. Who’s the right man for the job?
Go on. You can choose anyone.
Hundreds of years of dictators and the arse wipes that make up the public sewer are still unable to do anything but say “he’s doing it wrong”.
Here’s the solution: There is no good dictator.
Bonus: Donald Trump = Dick Tater.
It would be a close run thing !
To see who has the most delusional, egotistical warped view of them selves !
Portuguese Ronaldo, or TrumpSTIEN.
Heads so big, BOTH a Snipers dream. 🙂
There you guys go again, pretending this Iran affair was an “unrestrained raging war”, when it was just a lot of boloney sandwiches fed to us, and now the shipping magnates and their families can move on, efore the worlds economy goes off the cliff.
Trump’s talk is all bluster. He doesn’t want to admit he failed, so he’s claiming he didn’t. It’s not dementia, it’s saving face. Everybody does it at some time or other.
If he did not turn tail from this insane war which we now see was mainly for more Israeli expansion, he would have been responsible not just for dire economic and privation problems around the glob, but also insurrection with his own military refusing to fight. From there it would have most certainly turned into another American revolution. It is amazing that the Israelis and the Jewish doner class who think they own “everything” regarding the US cannot see this.
Will there be peace in the Middle East from this MOU? It would appear that as long as the tumor in its midst is constantly fed with the sugar of the US, it will just continue to spread.
The reaction to anti-Semitism in Britain is the pushback against it as UK NHS doctors are making a stand against its members being accused of it. Whether that’s coincidental with the move against Zio-fascist Starmer’s leadership it remains to be seen but he is authoritarian hard core, and without a challenge he’d get Zio about it. And why weren’t those 104 Labour MPs not pushing back before?

I think things may be heading for Trump the same way they appear to be heading for Starmer: just too toxic to continue supporting. I think Starmer’s last chance was the unpaid rent-boy saga, and it seems the media establishment’s last favour to him was to call them jailed proxies. What’s worse for Trump is the war he was advised against then lost so badly; a war in which Israel has been gravely wounded, but Trump can be blamed for it instead of the most toxic individual alive, Netanyahu.
People in Trump’s position don’t always survive Israel.
Actually Trump has been very wrong about almost everything. Yet, he is the very first choice of the usual suspects running the world as their puppet king of the richest and most powerful, pragmatic, and ruthless nation in history.
Upon the road to Mass one day,
I pondered thoughts along the way:
“What would I be had I not turned,
And to the Faith in youth not learned?
From where would right and wrong then come?
Would conscience merely fall dumb?
Would I not cast restraints aside,
And let my selfish passions guide?
Yes,” I replied, “I’d then be free
From moral claims confronting me,
Save for the law and what I’d hide,
Or what I thought I could abide.
Yet well I know, if spared the grave
By all the reckless ways I’d crave,
I’d still be dead to Christ above,
And never know His living love.
I’d never know within my heart
The joy that grace alone imparts;
That happiness both deep and true
Which only God can carry through.
Then on the world I turned my gaze,
And watched the course of modern days;
The usurping owners, false leaders too,
Have cast out God and what is true.
They’ve thrown aside both right and wrong,
For pragmatism marching strong;
A crass pursuit of present gain,
Though ruin follows in its train.
It seems that all are caught somehow
In their own “isms” even now,
Determined each to prove the case
That their beliefs deserve first place.
From universities they depart
With ideologies in their heart,
A grander picture to defend,
And social acceptance to attend.
To justify ambition’s climb,
They bend their methods with the time;
Until morality grows so dim,
That every means seems fit to them.
You cannot serve your thirst for gain,
And place it first, for such is vain;
Before God’s will and holy way,
Without causing sorrow day by day.
For pain will follow in the wake
Of every selfish choice we make,
And in the evils of the age,
You lose yourself to their dark rage.
It does not really matter who is in the driver’s seat when the head of state is under the control of the International Bankers. It has been that way for over 100 years.
Voting is not going to change anything when we have fake elections, for fake representatives, for fake government.
What a criminally insane bloviating asshole…fully deserving of having his tongue nailed to a tree stump while his asshole gets jackhammered by a giant mechanical rubber fist….then vigorously whipped, rolled in pig shit, then nailed to a rail and set adrift at sea with a talmud stuffed in his big mouth…
