Senator Lindsey Graham has called for more military intervention following the attack on the Islamic Republic
The US should assassinate those who come to power in Iran if they remain hostile toward American interests, according to veteran war hawk Senator Lindsey Graham.
The targetedkillingof Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and other senior officials was the opening part of a US-Israeli regime change operation launched on Saturday.
In a Fox News interview on Sunday, Graham pushed for continued political assassinations abroad. “This regime is in its death throes. Finish them off!” he said. “The ultimate safety comes when people in charge of Iran don’t want to kill us.”
“I don’t know who is going to take over Iran after this regime collapses but I know this. If you want to be a friend to America, we’ll be a friend to you. If you wanna keep this crap up, then you will pay the same price [as] the ayatollah,” Graham added, citing decades of Iranian support for anti-American militancy.
President Donald Trump’s interventionist approach in Iran and elsewhere sets “the golden standard” for US foreign policy that even President Ronald Reagan could not achieve, Graham claimed. He urged Trump to “unleash the American military with Israel” on Lebanon’s Iran-aligned Hezbollah “tonight.”
Cuba should also be targeted, Graham said, claiming Havana’s “days are numbered.” The US should also pressure Saudi Arabia, custodian of Islam’s holiest sites, to “recognize the one and only Jewish state,” he added.
Support for Israel has been a longstanding US strategic policy in the Middle East under both Democratic and Republican administrations.
Weeks before the joint attack on Iran, US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee insisted that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu “does not want a war with Iran” and ridiculed the notion that “tiny little Israel is pushing the US into something itdoes notwant to do.” He also denied that the 2003 invasion of Iraq was conducted in pursuit of Israeli interests, insisting that “zero” American troops were ever put on the ground for Israel.

Nuns admit beating children with slippers in six-year campaign of abuse

Nuns have admitted beating children with slippers canes and belts in a six-year campaign of abuse.
Marie O’Gorman, 79, and Mary McGuire, 68, targeted seven vulnerable children in their care at Nazareth House in Glasgow between 1975 and 1981, Glasgow Sheriff Court heard.
O’Gorman, described as a “disciplinarian” of the home, began her services at the Sisters of Nazareth congregation in 1963.
Her first victim was aged between four and eight when he was struck on his bare buttocks with a leather harness as a punishment. The child was bloodied and cried for help following the attack, which took place between between 1975 and 1979.

The boy’s sister was aged between three and seven when O’Gorman hit her on the body. The girl was also hit on the bare buttocks with a slipper.
Procurator fiscal Lauren Aitchison said: “The victim recalled if she wet the bed, O’Gorman would take her to the bathroom, force her to stand in a freezing bath and pour cold water on her.”
A second girl was aged around 10 or 11 when O’Gorman struck her with a leather belt on the hands for not eating her vegetables.
The victim recalled crying after the incident and went on to eat all of her meals.
McGuire joined the congregation in 1975 and worked at Nazareth House between 1978 and 1981, the court heard.
Her first victim was 10 years old when McGuire struck the girl on the body with a leather belt for “being cheeky”.
The buckle hit her on the eye, which caused bruising. The same girl recalled being struck on the leg with McGuire’s hand after losing a sandal on a trip to Girvan, South Ayrshire.
McGuire’s second victim was aged between seven and 10 when she struck him with a belt in front of the other children.
McGuire later shouted at a 16-year-old girl for misbehaving in a chapel and struck her on the back of the head with a hairbrus
The final victim recalled McGuire initially being nice to her when she moved to the home.
However, this soon changed the girl, who was aged between five and six, stated McGuire struck her again with a leather belt and recalled that it hurt
The court heard that McGuire has left the nunnery after 1981 and has spent the past 40 years as a care worker.
McGuire, of Lochore, Fife, pleaded guilty to two charges of causing unnecessary suffering and one assault
but said beating the children was just part of the discipline
O’Gorman admitted one charge of causing unnecessary suffering and three assaults.
Sheriff Louise Arrol KC deferred sentence until next month pending background reports.

There is no authority for anyone to go around the world killing people whose interests are opposed to your own. Yet, that is clearly the thinking of all of these might-makes-right types running things, and why after so many of their unjust wars, atrocities, and stealth rule, each and everyone of them have to be arrested, tried, and made accountable. The only way this will happen is through full exposure of their crimes, and for those of good will to rise up and take back control of their nations and their lives before everything of real value is lost forever.
