   Man to face court on Monday after Churchill statue defaced with graffiti
   Story by Rosie Shead • 11h •A man will face court on Monday after graffiti was sprayed on a statue of Sir Winston Churchill, branding the former prime minister a “Zionist war criminal”.

   The bronze monument in Parliament Square, opposite the Houses of Parliament in Westminster, was defaced with phrases including “Stop the Genocide” and “Free Palestine”.
   Further graffiti read “Never again is Now” and “Globalise the Intifada” sprayed in red paint.
   The Metropolitan Police said Caspar San Giorgio, of no fixed address, was arrested shortly after 4am on Friday following the incident and was charged with criminal damage in the early hours of Saturday.
   On Saturday afternoon, the 38-year-old appeared briefly at Westminster Magistrates’ Court via video-link but did not confirm his identity when asked.
   The case was adjourned to Monday at the same court so a Dutch interpreter can be provided.
   Dutch group Free The Filton 24 claimed responsibility for the action on Friday morning, posting a video on Instagram appearing to show the incident in progress.
   Free The Filton 24 defines itself as a group of “family and friends” of the 24 Palestine Action activists who were charged over a break-in at one of Israel-based weapons firm Elbit’s UK sites in 2024.

   Unknown biblical names unravelled in astonishing ancient seal discovery
    remarkable archaeological find during road construction work in palestine has brought to light two previously unknown biblical names from approximately 2,700 years ago.
   The discovery centres on a small personal seal belonging to an individual named Makach, whose father was called Amihai, both figures from the Kingdom of Judah during the late eighth century BCEThe late archaeologist David Amit, who helped decipher the inscription, said: “The importance of the seal derives both from its contribution to the treasury of biblical names, and from the fact that, unlike most seals of its type, the origin of the seal is in an organized archaeological excavation and not from antique collectors.”
   Any historical finds in the occupied territories, have to be handed in to the IDF, if not handed in, the person has their home demolished and their bank account seized, if the artifact agrees with israel’s agenda it is published
   if not it is destroyed
   Israel used to have a university course in faking up stone inscriptions  manuscripts etc, the many modern bibles are nothing like the originals in assyrian chaldean etc
