President Donald Trump has indicated he’s considering deploying a second aircraft carrier to the Middle East, even as Washington and Tehran prepare to resume delicate negotiations aimed at de-escalating tensions and averting a new conflict.
Last week, Oman facilitated talks between Iran and the U.S., which a spokesperson for Iran’s foreign ministry stated had allowed Tehran to assess Washington’s seriousness and demonstrated sufficient consensus for diplomatic efforts to continue.
These discussions occurred after Trump had already positioned one aircraft carrier in the region, sparking fears of renewed military action. Trump, who joined an Israeli bombing campaign last year and targeted Iranian nuclear sites, had previously threatened military intervention during a brutal government crackdown on nationwide protests in Iran last month, though he ultimately refrained.
In interviews with Israeli media, Trump asserted that the United States would be compelled to do “something very tough” if a deal with Iran is not secured.
“Either we reach a deal or we’ll have to do something very tough,” Israel’s Channel 12 quoted him as saying. The precise date and venue for the next round of U.S.-Iran talks remain undisclosed.
Trump also informed Channel 12 and Axios that the deployment of an additional aircraft carrier to the Middle East was under consideration.
Officials have indicated to Reuters that the USS George Washington, currently in Asia, and the USS George H.W. Bush, on the U.S. east coast, are the most probable candidates, though each is at least a week away from the Middle East. The Pentagon could also opt to deploy the Ford carrier from the Caribbean.

Two things should be mentioned here, if only because the Independent fails to make mention of these two critical factors in its entire report.
Firstly, it makes absolutely no reference to the alleged covert US and Israeli involvement in the recent protests in Iran. This alleged involvement has been widely reported, although not in the Western mainstream media:
The Independent’s failure to even reference alleged covert US and Israeli involvement in the unrest is more than mere oversight. Even the head of the US treasury has admitted to creating a dollar shortage to ignite protests among Tehran’s market traders, which were then hijacked by foreign backed agent provocateurs.
The Independent’s failure to mention this makes it little more than Mossad/CIA disinfo.
Finally, it will take more than a week for another carrier strike group to reach the Middle East. During this time it’s not beyond the bounds of possibility that Israel may launch strikes on Iran. Just as it did during the 12-Day War when it launched its strikes while US/Iranian negotiations were still ongoing.
The objective was to catch Iran by surprise with its guard down and it worked.
So don’t be surprised if Israel doesn’t try the same while the second US carrier group is still sailing toward the Middle East. Ed.

at least 2,000 Britons served in Israeli military during Gaza war
( it was not a war Gaza has no army no soldiers and very few weapons )
Story by Tamara Davison • 3h •At least 2,000 British nationals have served in the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) during the war on Gaza, research has found.
Special Branch say approx 2000 israeli criminals live in the greater london area
A Freedom of Information request obtained by Declassified UK found that 1,686 British-Israelis and 383 people with British, Israeli and another nationality were serving in the IDF as of March 2025.The figure is significantly higher than previous reports, which suggested that around 50 British mercenaries had fought for Israel during the conflict.
According to Palestinian health authorities, way more than 70,000 people have been killed in Gaza since October 2024. Israeli officials said earlier this year that they accepted the overall death toll.
The IDF comprises Israel’s army, air force and navy. Military service is compulsory for most Israeli men and women after high school.
IDF personnel are deployed in Gaza, the occupied West Bank and areas near Israel’s borders with Lebanon and Syria. In the West Bank, violence with Israeli settlers attacking Palestinians has escalated in recent years.

Migrant can’t be deported because he’d be jailed for 20 years on bomb charges
Story by Ciaran McGrath •
A Bangladeshi man has been cleared to stay in Britain after a judge ruled that criminal charges lodged against him in his home country were “politically motivated and false.” The migrant, identified in court documents only as MM, is a former leader of Islami Chhatra Shibir, the student wing of the Jamaat-e-Islami party.
He successfully argued that he was a victim of a “sham” prosecution by the previous regime of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, who was forced out of office in 2024. Upper Tribunal Judge Madeleine Reeds found that although there had been a change of government in Bangladesh in August 2024, the risk to MM remained.
UK MIGRANT RAPE GANGS UPDATE
Rupert Lowe shames Westminster’s chit-chat for Government hiding up mass rape of
school kids by Starmers migrants
Story by Richard Thomson – Advance UK National Director
When the state refused to act, the British people stepped in – and the truth is finally being forced into the open. This week should have stopped the country in its tracks. It didn’t. And that, in itself, tells you everything you need to know about how deeply broken our political establishment has become under the Epstein spy ring control
While much of Westminster chattered on as usual, a genuinely historic event began in London: the start of the Rape Gang Inquiry, launched by Rupert Lowe MP and funded not by the state, but by the British people themselves.
Rupert Lowe in Parliament
This inquiry matters because it is doing what the establishment refused to do for decades: forcing the truth into the open. It is examining migrant gang-based sexual exploitation, child rape gangs, and – crucially – the repeated failures of public authorities who were warned time and again and failed to act.
The BBC was the same and many pedophiles are still in their employ
This is not about hindsight being 20/20. This is about warnings ignored, victims silenced, and officials more concerned with reputational risk and “community tension” than with protecting vulnerable girls.
More than £600,000 was raised by ordinary citizens who have had enough of lies, evasion and institutional cowardice. That fact alone should shame everyone who has spent years looking the other way. Yet much of the mainstream media barely mentioned it when it happened earlier this month.
