We’ve seen this play out previously, complete with mass fear campaigns, soap-opera psyops, and “totalitarian” compliance tools.
The drills, rolled out across England without fanfare, involve “sudden” alerts forcing pupils to seal rooms, switch off lights, and hunker down—ostensibly to test readiness for “biohazards” or “chemical attacks.”

Exercise Pegasus, which concluded last month and involved all major government departments, was the biggest pandemic simulation exercise the country has ever held.
Those participating in the drill were told a novel enterovirus had broken out on a fictional Island in southeast Asia before spreading across the world.
Unlike Covid-19, which disproportionately affected older age groups, the new virus was most lethal in the young. The virus, “EV-D68”, was said to cause respiratory failure, brain swelling and – in rare cases – paralysis in infants, children and teenagers.
One parent fumed to the outlet: “It was completely unannounced and caused unnecessary panic among the children and parents.”
A teacher at a Midlands primary school echoed the trauma: “The children were terrified. Some were crying and asking if it was real.”
Headteachers, bound by government edicts, stayed mum—until FOI demands cracked the silence, revealing the exercises as part of a broader “resilience” push by the Department for Education (DfE) and UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA).
These unheralded lockdowns aren’t born in a vacuum; they hark back to October 2019’s Event 201 simulation, co-hosted by Johns Hopkins, the World Economic Forum, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation—where global elites war-gamed a coronavirus outbreak, complete with media blackouts, mandatory quarantines, and economic shutdowns, mere months before COVID crashed the world stage.

Fast-forward to 2025: The DfE’s “secret” drills, piloted in 20 schools since September, mandate “no-notice” activations to “build muscle memory” for crises, per UKHSA guidelines.
One directive, leaked via FOI, instructs: “The exercise should be as realistic as possible, including the use of sirens or announcements to simulate an emergency.”
Critics, including shadow education secretary Bridget Phillipson, slammed it as “overreach,” but insiders whisper it’s beta-testing compliance for the next wave—be it bird flu, mpox, or a lab-leak encore.
This resurgence reeks of the behavioral blueprints we’ve previously dissected, with UK officials admitting to having scripted BBC and ITV soaps like EastEnders and Emmerdale to “covertly shape public opinion” on vaccines—embedding pro-jab narratives to “coerce compliance” without overt propaganda.

If it is another US bioweapon virus, and one with more teeth in it such that they didn’t have to fake the death numbers so much in the leading Plandemic ZOG nations such as the US, the UK, and France, then why would the exercises be to herd children in classrooms and doors being barricaded? What about “social distancing”? What about the fact that by locking down the elderly in care homes was their surest way to get the Covid scare going?
Or where the scare of a WWIII does not pan out for them as being the mother of all scares and they actually want to cull down the population of the globe their next bioweapon virus will be either an Ebola or a Marburg one which they will spread just like they did with the Covid one, but they want to save the children and the chosen elites who will be given the special antidotes, while they kill off most of the rest of us? Rumor has it that in 2015 they managed to attach the Ebola virus to water drops such that it could be spread about in various locations by aerosol cans. I understand that some of the gain-of-function bioweapon experiments to design the Covid virus some 20 years ago were for the same purpose.

Back in the day, we did not realize what absolutely evil people they were and such boldface liars. They were busy with all of our governments back then manufacturing all of the psyops and scares in order to usher us into their NWO technocratic-totalitarian confines, mainly to cull our numbers down drastically.
Apart from killing a few million people, Covid was an exercise in mass people control and manipulation on a global scale, and with the vaccines an enormous experiment with different toxins. An actual nuke WWIII would be too messy and destructive for the Controllers to stomach, and that is the same for any really lethal virus designed to kill billions. With the dead, other infections and diseases would multiply and the pestilence likely would be far worse than the Black Death of 1350. It would likely also bring down the Controllers and their favored. Right now they seem to be working on the scare of a real global economic crash. To make it happen they are supressing economic growth and preventing real wealth creation. Over the past 60 years, the Controllers have already buggered up the demographics of our nations such that their intentions to denude the over-50 crowd of their assets, their pensions, their health care, their basic rights, and their lives have become painfully clear.
Likely, at least in my view, they either want to polarize the public into extremes to start more unrest through economic privation and crop failures such that they can use the military and government agencies to get rid of all of those they deem as “unwanted”, which is mainly the middle class. As in Gaza they likely would want to bulldoze down the suburbs and crowd the bulk of the population into their 15-minute cities where they can be controlled more easily and poisoned more slowly [as Simon Smith said the other day in his comment to the TTS article “Quick Take…The Covid Inquiry’s (Incredibly Predictable) Findings].
The biggest DARPA experiment with Covid was not with the virus itself. They already knew that without proper treatment protocols, the very aged and seriously immune-compromised would be the most vulnerable to it, and that over 99% of the population would be safe without any measures or mandates whatsoever. The big experiment was with the mRNA vaccines in which they not only would learn what the mass effect of the spike-protein producing would do to our systems, but more importantly, they would learn what the various DIFFERENT nano particles would do en masse to the various recipients in the carefully regulated DIFFERENT batches sent to DIFFERENT locations.
The administering of the mRNA vaccines was essentially a military operation as was the spreading of the bioweapon virus. For the vaccines, the lipid envelope mRNA delivery system did contain different nano particle toxins and RNA programing to enter the cells of the recipients and to cause metabolic changes, which they most certainly were monitoring and are no doubt continuing to monitor. However, as the plebs were not allowed to know what was actually in their vaccine batches, nor any of the likely risks and rsults (even to this day), you would have to be a complete moron to think the Controllers with all public (and personal) health records on line and at their finger tips would not know exactly the results for each experimental batch.

I thought that govts in civilized countries weren’t allowed to experiment like this on children without parental permission.
Such experiments are not for the children’s good. They are to inform the govt how children, parents and school personnel will react in the course of a sudden lockdown, so govt can plan ahead for what it will have to deal with during the real one it is planning to have.
We went through this in the US in the 1950’s, when schoolkids had to practice diving under their under their desks to save themselves from the A-bomb. That was 75 years ago. Maybe govts plan for these mass trauma-inducing events to occur when the people who survived the last one have mostly died off and aren’t here to tell their descendants that they see a pattern emerging.
