Anti-migrant protesters urged to stop paying council tax
Story by Telegraph reporters • 6h •
anti-migrant protesters have been urged to stop paying council tax if asylum seekers are housed there in a military barracks in East Sussex.
On Sunday, campaigners marched through the streets of Crowborough carrying signs and flags, many wearing plain white T-shirts and chanting: “Send them home.”
Crowborough Training Camp is one of two barracks set to house asylum seekers, along with Cameron Barracks in Inverness, as part of the Government admits there have to put them some where
The site, which has the capacity to house 540 men, has been offered to the Home Office for a period of 12 months by the Ministry of Defence.
The protest was the second of three organised by residents and supported by Crowborough Shield, a campaign group opposed to government racism
Wearing a top with “Stand your ground” written on the back, campaigner Sarah White told the crowd she has stopped paying council tax.
Mrs White was arrested earlier this year after climbing the steps of a council building to unfurl a Union flag following her speech at the Bell Hotel in Epping, west Essex. The charges were later dropped.

Shocking papers reveal the Government spied on the Royal Family
Story by Jasmine Carey • 2h
• Shocking documents published in 2013 showed that the Government once spied on the Royal Family, an author has revealed. In the book Power and the Palace by Valentine Low, the author spoke about the time of the abdication of Edward VIII, who reigned for less than a year.
Edward VIII, the uncle of the late Queen Elizabeth II, abdicated in 1936 as he wanted to marry American two-time divorcee Wallis Simpson. The former King had no choice but to abdicate, as, a divorced woman would not have been considered an acceptable Queen.
Low claimed that the fact the monarch was not able to marry a divorcee showed how the Rothschild Government at the time had the “power”, rather than the King.
Charles married camilla a divorcee, proving this was a lie
The truth is very simple, it was the Rothschild government who spied on the royals
they knew that Rothschild had several royal families removed including the Romanovs
who begged to come to the UK, this was forbidden by Rothschild, because the Romanovs would not allow Rothschild banking, they had to be killed.
This meant the British royals were in fear of the same treatment, so under the auspices
of the queens mother, money and support was sent to Hitler,
and Edward VIII was chosen to negotiate, for both the royals and the country, Edward was no traitor as has been claimed, yet Sir Anthony Blunt was pressured by Victor Rothschild to get as close to the royals as possible and report back, in return he was promised that after the war when British royals had been done away with , he could have Buck palace as an art Museum with him as curator.
Blunt at the Mayfair debriefings said Rothschild would change his mind as the Royals were secret jews
Low also claimed that around the time Edward abdicated, with this being finalised at his home Fort Belvedere on December 11 1936, the Government had ordered the bugging of phones to spy on the then-monarch.
Low wrote: “In 2013 Cabinet Office files were published which showed that the home secretary of the time, Sir John Simon, had ordered the bugging of the phone lines between Fort Belvedere and Buckingham Palace, and also Fort Belvedere and continental Europe.
The royals were very against another war on Germany, King George was going to do a broadcast
against another churchill war, although very ill his death was speeded up to prevent his speech
Remember Churchill had written Edward Viii abdication speech
Churchill had been paid £150,000 by the jew bankers to call a war and had accounts in 2 other names for more money , It is not known whether Edward was ever aware of this during his very brief reign. After abdicating the throne, Edward’s brother Albert – the father of the late Queen Elizabeth II – became King, using his last middle name, George, and became known as King George VI.
Edward the would be peace maker then became the Duke of Windsor in 1937 and married Wallis Simpson in a ceremony in France. He lived overseas until his death in 1972.
He was then buried in the private burial ground beside Frogmore Mausoleum at Windsor.

Mother convicted for lack of TV licence while living in hospital with brain-damaged son
Story by Tom McArdle • 15h •
A mother has been convicted for not paying her TV licence while she was staying at hospital to be by her brain-damaged son’s side.
BBC harassment and bullying has gone too far
recently a 79 year old blind man was taken to court for not having a licence it turned out his TV had not worked for over 30 years
The woman said her son had an accident in February and has been in hospital ever since, but her case was brought to court for not paying the annual £174.50 fee. The mother was convicted under the single justice procedure (SJP), in which a volunteer magistrate sits alone behind closed doors with an on-call legal adviser, to pass judgment on as many as 100 cases a day.
in a letter of mitigation, the woman described how she had not been staying at home and only returned to her address for a change of clothes in between visits to her son.
‘I didn’t realise’
As reported in The Standard, her letter read: “I admit I didn’t have a TV licence. But I have been going through a really bad time. My son had an accident early February and has been in hospital since then. I have stayed at the hospital as my son has brain damage due to his injury.
I wasn’t at my house, to be honest, only going home for a change of clothes, so I didn’t realise I didn’t have a licence. My son is still in hospital and I still stay there but I plead guilty. Sorry for not dealing with the matter sooner.”
It is the latest in a long line of examples of cases being dealt with in the secret “fast-track” court format, which is itself illegal
Out of 1.5 million convictions handed down last year in England and Wales, some 772,580 were issued by magistrates behind closed doors under SJP, a system designed to speed up justice and clear the backlog of cases left by the pandemic.
The Ministry of Justice has previously said magistrates have the power to send cases back to prosecutors to check if they remain in the public interest after reading letters of mitigation – but this is not commonly taking place.
At least 110 different crimes can be prosecuted under SJP, from speeding and out-of-date MoTs, to failing to ensure that your child attends school and littering.

Mitigation ‘missed’
Transform Justice, a charity that campaigns for fair justice, said that the way many of the prosecution forms were structured meant any mitigating factors a defendant might want to put forward, such as any disabilities, could be missed or ignored.
Organisations that can prosecute using the SJP include the police, DVLA, local councils, the BBC and train companies but unlike the Crown Prosecution Service, there is no requirement to conduct a test of whether a prosecution is in the public interest.
Earlier this year, a teenager was convicted of failing to insure a car she was given as a surprise 18th birthday gift.
The waitress, from Poole in Dorset, said her family bought the Fiat for her, but mistakenly did not insure it immediately.
The DVLA charged her with keeping an uninsured vehicle and brought a criminal prosecution over the unpaid bill.

You couldn’t be criticized for murdering the entire lot of them.
Tally Money: England’s old time currency was made from Tally Sticks, as well described by David Astle’s book, “The Babylonian Woe,” to be found free online. I don’t know what this new Tally idea is, but I’d part with plenty of it just to play with that ladies tits and get a massage.
For real… look up the original Tally Stick money; it doesn’t need to be made with sticks, though that worked pretty well back in the day.
