A 100-year-old World War II veteran mourned the state of Great Britain on Friday and stated that his sacrifice was “not worth the result.”
Alec Penstone said on “Good Morning Britain” that the freedoms that the British soldiers fought and died for during the war are not present in the country today. His remarks came as the country celebrates Remembrance Day, which is observed to honor all those who died in conflict.
“My message is I can see in my mind’s eye there were rows and rows of white stones of all the hundreds of my friends and everybody else that gave their lives for what? The country of today,” Penstone said. “No, I’m sorry, the sacrifice wasn’t worth the result that it is now. Oh, well, I’m sorry … What we fought for, and what we fought for was our freedom. We find that even now is a darn sight worse than what it was when I fought for it.”
In recent years, the British government has censored speech, arrested its citizens for their social media posts and even criminally charged people for praying in public. In October 2024, military veteran and father Adam Smith-Connor was charged and convicted for silently praying outside within an abortion clinic “buffer zone” in November 2022 and had to pay 9,000 euros in prosecution fees.
The United Kingdom passed the Online Safety Act in 2023, which regulates what is defined as hate speech, harmful content and misinformation. Police in the U.K. made an average of over 30 arrests per day in 2023 for online communications that were deemed “offensive,” which amounted to over 12,000 arrests throughout the year, the European Parliament reported in April.
In the summer of 2024, the U.K. implemented several digital speech laws that regulate speech in response to riots that broke out in the streets. The country also threatened to arrest and extradite U.S. citizens who made any online statements that could allegedly cause violence, according to CBS Austin.
In August 2024, more than a dozen British citizens were jailed for allegedly causing “unrest” on social media while two citizens were sentenced to over a year in prison for stirring up “racial hatred” online, the BBC reported. Authorities arrested an army veteran in August 2022 for denouncing LGBTQ and transgender activists online, which authorities said caused somebody “anxiety.”
The Muslim population in Britain has grown significantly and has become visibly widespread through the nation. Several citizens have been arrested for making statements that were deemed “Islamaphobic,” including a veteran who was sentenced to two years in prison for making anti-Islam remarks on Facebook.

The difference between his generation and subsequence ones is that whether or not the people were religious most of them in the past believed that there were basic Christin mores of goodness and decency which held everything together. Why are the Jews and all of the ZOG nations of the West so adamant about knocking out Iran, and at the same time flooding our nations with millions of Muslims who in all respects do not buy into the Christian neighbor principle which is the basis of our time-tested laws and morals in efforts to eradicate harming others or outsiders for your own gain, and supressing all forms of cheating, stealing, dishonesty, murder, assault, plunder, rape, sexual abuse, and human exploitation, including human, child, and drug trafficking, whether by governments, corporations or individuals? In all Muslim nations outsiders are discriminated against. That is the same with Israel and generally with the Jews who appear to use any means available to advance their interests.
Having worked in a Chinese community for 10 years in the past, it was clear that most of the Chinese people coming to Canada had strong family values, but unless assimilated into Western culture they were quite racist. In my view they had every reason to be that way with what they were being asked to assimilate into. There was very little left smacking of Christianity except our basic rights “enshrined” in our illustrious Canadian Charter, which the ruling class and our governments have no real respect, and which the gave us really to limit our basic rights and freedoms, and in which they have been systematically using by the courts since its inception to eradicate anything “Christian” remaining in our nation.
The great irony is that we invite droves of good foreign people into our pseudo “open” society, to be brainwashed into the secular-humanist flavor of the day, but generally they don’t buy into it, nor to any of the more basic historical and foundational principles of our nations. That is the same for the Islamic people who have a strong family system and religious culture, and also who are actually having children.
The problem is that in our rejection of God we have rejected the faith and basic principles which come from God, and which enable diverse cultures to knock off their hard edges, and to assimilate into something which is actually good, and which they can trust. Instead, we are left with this paltry Judaeo-Masonic view of the Americans that “freedom” is mainly the ability to do anything you want, which is exactly what the ruling class wants, simply because they are able through all of their institutions and dishonest and oppressive methods to divide us, and also at the same time to control our wants.

This veteran, Alec Penstone, made an accurate assessment of the current U.K. But he and the majority public don’t know that Hitler had made peace proposals galore as soon as he came to power. In fact he stated that Britain and Germany should never have been enemies. But Hitler would have been shocked at how many behind the scenes in Britain, Roosevelt in the USA, wanted nothing but war and backed up financially to achieve it. Penstone’s statement shocks many people led to believe the war was to preserve freedom, LOL! It was fought for three main reasons: 1) it was a continuation of WW1 which didn’t destroy Germany enough; 2) it was to destroy Germany’s economic miracle recovery, seen as a threat; 3) to preserve the Rothschild banking criminals. My Father who fought through the war, lost friends said it was all lies and we shouldn’t have fought. Many soldiers who went into Germany post war agreed. Can we blame them for trusting the only source they had? They were a generation where lying was a really bad thing. They were all heroes but were duped.
