A Clinton-appointed federal judge has ruled that illegal aliens are allowed to vote in federal elections by blocking President Trump’s rule requiring proof of U.S. citizenship for federal voter registration. The controversial ruling, issued by Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, strikes down one of the Trump administration’s most basic election integrity measures.
