There is a lot of contradictory speculation here, and I think we should be a little more careful. In the first video from Henry ,the voice suggests that the man in the light-blue shirt to the right of Kirk was holding a gun under his armpit, and that it was he who fired the shot which entered Kirk’s neck. This would be quite an incredible shot from such an angle, with the sudden appearance of a roundish mark on the front of Kirk’s neck to the left with no exit wound visible on the left side or anywhere else – which is more consistent with something coming from in front of Kirk and hitting his next where the sudden mark appeared. Also, the film clearly shows no recoil of any gun or instrument under the armpit of blue-shirt man to coordinate with the time Kirk’s neck, head and torso is thrown back.
In the first video there is a clip taken from the crowd. The center stage of the UVU (Utah Valley University) Court Yard is depressed like an amphitheatre and if the person who took that video clip was standing, which appears to be the case, then the edge of canopy hanging down under over which Kirk was sitting, puts his head at the edge of the canopy – from that view. In line with Kirk for a frontal shot is the place where it is alleged the bullet came from which is a further elevation from the south-west corner of the top roof of the building called the Losee Center (LC). It is a 3-story building on a slope with the north-east-east corner areas where the suspected gunman leaped in his escape being one story at that side.

The alleged shot was more like 120 meters (131 yards) and not 200 meters. You can also google map the campus to do some measurements and look from various positions to see the entire layout. From the pentagon-shape courtyard on the ground, google map views from the courtyard you can also see the the Losee Building which is the white one in the distance – to the to the north-east-east building past the dark angular Sorensen Center.

You can see that although the distance is only about 120 meters it would be a relatively hard shot and it would have taken a lot of planning. You would not have long on the roof if you were a shooter because of the surveillance cameras, unless the operation was coordinated with the security people. Anyone on a roof would be suspect, and as a shooter you would not have that much time to set up and take the shot. You likely would have to be in communication with someone on the ground to know when to go up, set up, and get at least a visual signal to take the shot. With the flap of the canopy hanging down a head shot may not have been possible, and shooting through a canopy may deflect the bullet. You would have to do a 3-D trajectory to see if a head shot was possible. That he was hit almost center in the neck does indicate marksman skills in such circumstances, even though with a scope 120 meters is not that great a distance for a reasonable competent shooter.
Also, regarding the escape route – likely, instead of just using the same way he got on the roof, he was in a great hurry to get out of there, and he may have broke his planning to return to the ground by the stairs and that was why he ran for the edge of the building. However, he would not have done that unless he knew he could hang over and leap to the ground in reasonable safety. If he was a professional, then after the shot he may have noticed that he had been spotted and may not have wanted to try the stairs in case security people would be rushing to the building, and he would have taken the faster route chancing both the leap with his gear and also being spotted by people in doing so. Also, in knowing he was likely seen by cameras going up onto the roof, being seen by other cameras seemed to be no concern to him, which does not make this look like a Mossad job. He was wearing dark sunglasses and a ballcap pulled down, and he may have know that the resolution on the cameras was not that good for anything at a distance over 50 meters. Also, he is seen walking around on various surveillance cameras in the neighborhood before and after the shooting, which again is not indicative of a professionally coordinated hit with a patsy. But, why would the shooter not have a better entry and escape plan to be more unseen if it was coordinated with other people on the ground. Did he want to be caught? Why boast about it? Was Robinson on any meds? Was he groomed or programed to do the shooting or to take the blame?
If Robinson was a patsy for the blame then the plan would be to make the shooting appear unprofessional enough such that he would do it without professional help.
If Kirk was not shot, then the first question would be a “habeas corpus” one. Kirks dead body would have to be the main evidence. Was it not exposed for the funeral? That would be a hard circumstance to fake.
Presuming he was actually shot and killed and the authorities have a gun, then the next question is whether or not that was the gun which killed him, and what are the links with it to Robinson. Also, things like the clothes Robinson was allegedly wearing in the video footage would be relevant. Where are they?
The fact is that there is simply no room to reason and discuss many things these days with people on the woke side of the equation ought to be a main concern with this tragic death. Many people simply believe that their freedom gives them a right not only to believe anything they want, but also to act anyway they want, and certainly to lie to anyone they want. Some people seem to thrive on their hate.
The Zio tribe appears to be masters at manufacturing hate and fear for their own advancements, but that does not mean, even with a strong motive against Kirk, and the means of setting him up, that they actually did the job. They would not want to kill Kirk and have the blame focused on themselves at this time, and so if they did the job they would be taking a big chance, no matter how much they wanted to “send a message” to influential people tempted to turn on them. However, it is also the case that instead of manufacturing a kind of hate like in Gaza against themselves coming from the Arabs, in order to escalate a major war, that in a case like this shooting, they may have been more interested in manufacturing FEAR in the minds of various influential people. The motive in this case appears to be to escalate more hate and opposition to the Christian right, and if done by Robinson from a radical woke perspective then the deed has certainly been most counterproductive to them.
With most of the evidence, at least for now, pointing to Robinson, it still can be asked if he was used by the ZOG deep state to do the deed, in order to clearly focus the blame on the far left and woke, and at the same time deter influential people from coming out against Israeli and Chabad for their never-ending killing and plundering.
Also, there is no footage of the actual shot, which raises some doubt about the evidence released by the authorities when the video of the man running across the LC building did not include the left corner of the building when its wide angle footage is actually able to follow the suspect far to the right out of the frame area of the initial footage shown on the video. This video a heavily edited one, and likely a video of a wide-angle surveillance video they cut out to zoom in here and there. For a successful prosecution you would want a lot of continuity with footage of the shot and the escape. Also, where is the footage of the man coming onto the roof for the shot? You would think there is much more in the way of surveillance footage.
Whether Robinson killed Kirk or not, in fact there is something fundamentally evil with the radical left, the radical right, the radical woke, Satanists, and the entire ZOG-Masonic establishment, where they think they have an absolute right to kill people opposed to their interests and to solve their problems – which all decent people have to wake up and STOP!
