Christ has an open invitation and refuge to all exploiters and their survivors. It is the opportunity to see all people as subject to the chance of redemption as children of God, to seek positive solutions and refrain from solving their problems by creating more hate and more killings.

As a result, many Jews have no reason to think there is a spiritual refuge any different from what their culture has given them, which is to never forget and to never forgive.
As for the atheistic Jews and Yukon Jacks of the world, they indeed by their own choices have no such refuge, no real alternative, and so they can only regard killing their foes with the same indifference which Dr. Nathanson tried to practice in his atheistic days.
