France’s Ministry of Health has urged all hospitals to prepare for war by March 2026. President Emmanuel Macron repeatedly stated that he is ready to deploy French troops to Ukraine’s front lines, and now, the entire nation must prepare for the inevitable.
Hospitals throughout the nation have been urged to prepare for a “major military engagement” in Europe, according to a leaked memo first published by Le Canard Enchaîné. The memo, dated July 18, 2025, instructs hospitals to brief staff on “wartime constraints.” Staff must learn how to survive the psychological and physical pressures of wartime trauma.
Plans are in the works to accommodate patients returning from combat zones, with emergency centers slated to open near airports and train stations to “enable the rerouting of foreign soldiers to their home country.”
The Ministry of Health is preparing for a dire situation—hospitals should expect to receive between 10,000 and 50,000 wounded personnel over a 10 to 180-day window, depending on France’s involvement in the war.
Health Minister Catherine Vautrin attempted to downplay the leaked memo, but did not deny its existence. “Hospitals are always preparing – for epidemics, for surges. It’s normal for a country to anticipate crises and their consequences,” she claimed. Yet, the language used in the letter clearly details that hospitals must prepare for wounded soldiers arriving from a foreign battleground.

Either Macron is saying France when he really means NATO plan to do it, or he’s agitating his people to rise up in protest so the French establishment can clamp down and become totalitarian. Rothschild Jewry refuses to give up in Ukraine. Their lackeys, western nations, are being ordered to send their troops into Ukraine to be liquidated by Russia.
Why is Ukraine, under the rule of a Jew Coup, so important & relevant to the west? It isn’t. It’s important to Rothschild Jewry, as it was slated to become their new crime capital, since Israel is unsustainable.
Ukraine is ruled by Jews, since the US Jew Coup in 2014, using the “Nazis” as proxies against Russia. Most of them are dead by now. Ukraine has gone through three armies since 2022. Now there’s no men left. It’s over and Russia will retain all of the Donbas and perhaps Odessa too. Rothschild Jewry may push this to Europe being crushed as well. History in a Nutshell
It was the Jewish money power mostly under the Rothschild wing which was mainly responsible for the spread of communism – first into Russia, then into the West and the rest of the world. That dynasty prior to WWI was in control of US finances and the Wilson government, and based on the 1916 Balfour promise to convert the Palestine state into a Jewish state, they brought the US into WWI to save Europe and the British Realm from the “Bosch”. That deal came at a great price putting the UK, which was already virtually “owned” by international Jewry, much further into their debt.
Following on the heels of that war international Jewry was busy pushing atheistic communism all though Europe and the Christian forces saw that threat as mainly coming from Russia and the Jewish money power, which incidentally was being repaid handsomely from Germany for the WWI reparations.
Hitler came to power mainly on the basis of the revitalization of Bismarck’s nationalism for Germany’s “place in the sun”, but he would not have got the backing he did to come out on top in the 1933 elections if the communists in Germany had not been the main opposition. The Germans viewed the international Jewish banksters as betraying them during WWI, and also responsible for the rise and threat of communism, and Hitler capitalized on those facts.
Then came WWII where it appears from the outset the US establishment (despite what a number of the oligarchs like Joe Kennedy wanted) had already made up its mind well before 1941 to keep supplying the Soviets and to eventually enter the war against Germany and Japan, all at the further great price to the UK being supplanted by the US and the every-rising Jewish ownership and controls over virtually everything in sight in the West. Although the “free nations” with the US helped to defeat Germany by supporting and supplying the USSR, and then advancing enough in Europe to save half of it from that monster, it was the Rothschild dynasty actually ensuring the success of the USSR which was instrumental in ensuring at Potsdam that that it got at least half the European loaf. Victor Rothschild was the key figure behind the scenes and following that war international Jewry kept the Soviets up-to-date with things like the bomb, while the banksters kept them afloat economically.
If we consider what has gone on since Soros and USAID NGO’s entered the Ukraine in 2012 to completely destabilize it and take it over, there is only one conclusion we can reach and that is all of the de-Russification pogroms were never really meant to help the Ukrainians, but rather to divide the people and to revive WWII hostilities.
Russia at the time was the only bastion against Israeli expansion into Syria and the march of the so-called “West” for complete control of the Levant, and of course the retaking of Iran. The Jews appear to have a policy when it comes to all outsiders of never taking blame for anything, as well as never forgetting or forgiving. It is against their Talmudic principles, and in controlling the takeover of the Ukraine though their US and UK debt-rigged and enthralled nations, they never forgot or forgave the overwhelming majority of Christian Ukrainians who fought on the side of Hitler against Stalin while most Ukrainian Jews, like Zelensky’s father, remained loyal to the atheistic communists and fought on the side of Stalin against fellow Ukrainians.
Now Ukrainians are being slaughtered in the droves in a war completely controlled by the Jewish powers of the West. It is a nation being carved up by a duplicitous US-Judaeo-run West, and an equally duplicitous Russia, whose leader incidental is a former KGB office, a faithful Leninist, a WEF stooge, and who has clearly made deals with the Zionist wing of the Rothschild dynasty. Russia, also, is a nation whose finances are controlled by a Rothschild central bank. Never missing an opportunity, BlackRock and Vanguard are now gobbling up assets in the west of the Ukraine as if the eastern half of that nation has already been ceded to the Russians.
So, the French and the Germans are going to war against Russia as well. Would that be to “liberate” the Ukraine, or to put on a really good show to the rest of the world that the carving up of the Ukraine is not some Rothschild pre-arranged deal – i.e., Israel and West getting both Syria and Iran, and Russia half of the Ukraine – with the stupid goyim fighting in the wars all being nicely denuded of the last vestiges of their young men and their virility?
