Definition of Air-Superiority has to be updated with regards to modern warfare; Iran relies on ballistic missiles while US/NATO/Zion rely on fighter-jets; so an asymmetric definition of air-superiority can be: the ability of one side to effectively strike through air anywhere within enemy controlled territory any time.

So Zion used a lot of refueling help from US/NATO, had the air-space privilege of almost every regional country, had fewer number of weapons in each sortie due to fuel/weight constraints and used stand-off weapons that naturally have smaller warheads. For this reason only a few massive explosions were seen in Iran and particularly in Tehran, this is not like what you are used to see in other countries of the region or in Gaza or Lebanon for example where entire building blocks collapse. In contrast larger warheads on Iranian ballistic missiles would cause massive shockwave damage in hundreds of meters that would render those buildings structurally brittle and unsafe.
