Asylum hotel operators have been told by the Home Office to house foreign criminals at their venues.
Official guidance obtained through freedom of information requests shows that companies running migrant hotels are required to accept individuals who have previously been convicted of crimes abroad and subsequently released on bail.
The 117-page Home Office documentation explicitly states that accommodation providers must “acknowledge and agree” that some residents may be “ex-foreign national offender[s] released on criminal bail”.
The documents refer to such individuals as “complex bail cases” and outline specific protocols for their housing.
It also indicates that accommodation providers will be required to manage these cases “from time to time”, with additional measures potentially needed depending on individual circumstances.
Companies have been warned they will need to install sturdier furnishings or face more frequent replacement costs due to potential damage.
Insurance costs have also been raised with the guidance highlighting that firms housing individuals with arson convictions will face “exceptional higher premium” rates.
Standard insurance premiums are also expected to increase for both properties and staff when accommodating these residents.
Additional requirements include enhanced staff training focused on risk management and potentially increased personnel numbers during property visits.
Reform UK leader Nigel Farage responded to the revelations, telling the Telegraph: “At last we’re beginning to learn the truth that has been withheld from us for so long.
“No wonder local residents are deeply fearful of the young men in these hotels.
“In my opinion, none of them should be free to walk the streets.”
He added: “The Government tries to hide the truth from us all the time, but piece by piece – as with this story – we are beginning to learn the full story, we are beginning to learn the full scale of the horror.”
Comprehensive training programmes for personnel working directly with asylum seekers in these facilities is also a listed Home Office requirement.
Staff members who interact face-to-face with residents must complete yearly training covering “unconscious bias” and “ethnic diversity and cultural awareness”, according to the obtained documents.
Staff interacting with the hotel residents have been told to treat the migrants with “sensitivity, compassion and respect” and should recognise the diverse backgrounds and circumstances of those in the system.
A Home Office spokesman said: “This guidance was produced under the previous government and reflects the conditions of the asylum estate as they stood in 2019.
“The current Government is working in partnership with local authorities and communities to address legitimate concerns about the inherited asylum system, including their safety, while successfully removing 5,200 foreign national offenders in its first year, a 14 per cent increase.”
Adding his voice, Shadow Justice Secretary Robert Jenrick said: “Obviously, the small boats are fuelling crime, and people are right to be concerned when illegal migrants are forced on them.
“The attempts to smear those legitimate fears as racist are disgusting.”
Official Home Office data shows 32,059 asylum seekers were accommodated in UK hotels at the end of June, marking an 8 per cent increase over twelve months under Labour.
The same period saw asylum applications reach a record 111,000, surpassing the previous peak of 103,000 recorded in 2002.

And still we’re being fed the lie that this is just one long, lovely party that celebrates Afro-Caribbean culture – something in this multicultural society of ours we’re all supposed to be grateful for

But it’s the poor coppers on the ground who have to deal with the grim reality of this carnival. Year after year, they take a battering from drunken, drugged-up yobs.

Last year, there were 53 assaults on emergency workers. Hospitals tell stories of having to stitch up countless people who then run because rival gang members have followed them there to kill them.
But Assistant Police Commissioner, Matt Ward, seems to think this year’s carnival was a success and is grateful there were only two stabbings compared to last year, where one person was stabbed to death, another was beaten to death, and there were another eight stabbings, and 3 white women beated for ” man stealing” e g going with black men
But hey, there were only two this year, so that’s alright, which is what Ward seems to be saying.
Well, no, it damn well isn’t alright.
Because the policing bill to patrol this knife fest runs into tens of millions of pounds, and taxpayers have to cough up for that.
And isn’t it funny there’s never any coppers to come to our aid when we get beaten up, burgled or robbed? But there are 7000 of them at Carnival.
This year, on the day laughingly known as Family Day, the scenes went beyond ugly. Two women brawling in the streets. It took thirteen police officers to arrest just one crazed woman who tried to hit a police officer with a glass bottle full of booze
Yet the capital’s idiot mayor, Sadiq Khan, had the brass neck to tweet about how “the streets are alive with music and joy showing the best of our city and the power of culture to unite us”.
If this cretin thinks this carnival demonstrates the wonders of multiculturalism and shows London off at its very best, it’s no wonder that the capital’s in the mess it’s in.
It’s no wonder that under him knife crime has rocketed by 60 per cent over the last three years, and huge swathes of the city have descended into vicious lawlessness, never more apparent than at this so-called festival.
And Khan is the bloke who this year got a knighthood for “political and public service”. It’s a joke!
But, of course, he’ll do and say anything to make sure he doesn’t offend ethnic minorities or the farce that is multiculturalism. Ditto the elites who see any criticism of the carnival as a criticism of multicultural Britain.
And so, what if it is? It doesn’t matter a stuff whether a festival celebrates – black culture or white culture (although we’d never be allowed a festival celebrating the latter), the point is if it results in murders, violence, stabbings, hundreds of arrests, sex assaults, drug busts and catastrophic carnage to an area – then of course it should be criticised. And stopped!
Or is the perceived thinking that because the people committing the crimes are Afro-Caribbean, they shouldn’t be criticised and should be allowed to get away with them?
And why are taxpayers having to foot the bill for this folly? In 2023 the Met police spent more than £11M policing the event.
Last year, the 7,000 officers on duty were drawn from local policing teams and other special policing teams. So basically, for the three days of the Carnival, the rest of the capital and beyond is not being policed.
Every year, 90 per cent of Notting Hill residents are forced to leave their homes for the duration of the three-day carnival.
They board up their windows and doors and have to pay for special security for their properties, knowing that one million drunks and drugged up people are doing to descend onto West London – intent on destroying them.
And they’re going to hurt people.
So why do we still allow an event knowing it’s going to potentially kill but definitely hurt people? This is an event we’ve been told time and again has the potential to be another Hillsborough.
In 2026, Met commander Dave Musker told the London Assembly: “Each year, we come exceptionally close to a catastrophic failure of public safety where members of the public will suffer serious injury.”
Again, in 2019, another GLA report warned of “a catastrophic public safety incident”.
Yet the idiot Khan still has the brass neck to call it “a festival of joy”.
But why, when there are so many risks, has so little been done to mitigate them? Or are they being ignored on the altar of Multiculturalism?
Why is London’s mayor so totally unprepared to address the very real safety concerns that go with this Carnival, especially as this year organisers were almost forced to cancel it because shocking scenes of violence in recent years left a £1million funding shortfall due to sponsorship drying up.
And of course, it’s drying up because businesses don’t want to be seen donating money where people end up being stabbed or murdered.
The Met Police were desperate to tell us that many arrests this year were made thanks to facial recognition cameras.
I’m sorry, but there were still 423 of them, and people were stabbed.
It’s the definition of insanity to crush one million people into a tiny corner of London with people intent on killing, on violence, dealing and taking drugs, on committing sexual assaults on women, and not expect carnage. Which there is. Every year!
Some say we should move the carnival to a huge park (so they can destroy that as well), so as not to disrupt residential areas of the city.
But surely any mass gathering which costs tens of millions to police and regularly ends in murders, stabbings, sexual assaults and drug busts shouldn’t be held at all!

I have to agree with Carl Jones on this one. Any uniformity of flags/placards is generally an indication of planning. We must remember the front-line protesters – and indeed most of Farage’s party and followers – are ideologically motivated. Alas, it is only necessary to lead the “opposition” in order to destroy it. This is the history of all nationalist orientated parties from the National Front onwards.
Ironically, Farage has boasted about being a factor in the demise of the BNP, but he is now stealing their script. This is what the likes of him do. According to what his handlers decide, he will adapt to the script necessary.

I mention this because the BNP is history but Farage is an ongoing project. It is a case of learning from past lessons. MI5’s point man in the BNP was Simon Darby, a man former organiser Steve Edwards told me “came from nowhere” to become West Midlands organiser. When I was Black Country organiser of the BNP the branch organised a demo outside the proposed sighting of mosque opposite Dudley Castle. Interestingly I traded emails with an ex UKIP councillor who jumped ship – like I did from the BNP – to become an independent councillor. He believed that UKIP had been infiltrated by the state.
Darby on a trip back from Coventry told me he had a “black powder” weapon and they were perfectly legal. Another activist told me that when he was around Darby’s house in Cannock – incidentally over the road from some known state assets who had masqueraded as nationalists – and Darby retrieved a fire arm from under the floorboards and invited my friend to “handle” it… he resisted the obvious attempt to get “finger prints”. I find it interesting that after mentioning this several times online the police have not taken an interest in Darby.
Suffice to say, other will have their own recollections of these times. I lived these times and they are first-hand experiences that are worth far more than any PhD in politics. From time to time some enthusiastic Reform supporter visits these pages who while being earnest lacks the guile to understand he is being played.
