Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) has reportedly suspended two high school boys after they expressed discomfort with a female student entering the boys’ locker room and recording a video.
LCPS opened an investigation into three male students months prior after they complained about the female student’s presence, and the district has now decided to suspend two of the boys, according to WJLA, an ABC affiliate. The female student, who purportedly claims to be male, allegedly used the boys locker room several times and even filmed inside to catch “the reaction of male students.”
“Loudoun County Public Schools weaponized Title IX to punish male students for expressing discomfort at being forced to share a locker room with a female student,” Virginia Republican Attorney General Jason Miyares told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “This suspension is completely unjustified and tramples their constitutional rights. My Office is monitoring the situation.”
The two boys are reportedly facing discipline for sexual harassment and sex-based discrimination due to their complaints, WJLA reported. They will be forced to meet with school administrators to create a corrective action plan, will be suspended for 10 days and will have a no-contact order with the girl, which will also prevent them from joining the same classes.
One of the boys has reportedly left the state with his family, according to WJLA.
LCPS declined to comment, citing student privacy concerns.
The district’s policy allows students to use facilities based on gender identity, a policy it recently doubled down on despite threats from the Trump administration to revoke funding. The Department of Education (ED) has already found LCPS in violation of civil rights law.
The district was also investigated by Miyares and Virginia Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin due to the incident, who said in June that the district presented “a disturbing misuse of authority” and unfairly targeted the boys for being uncomfortable with sharing their space with the opposite sex.
Loudon County schools became infamous in 2021 after the district allegedly attempted to cover up a sexual assault perpetrated by a male student that claimed a transgender identity that occurred in the girls’ bathroom of the same school. The incident sparked protests and student walk-outs.
There are obvious contradictions in any charges of sexual harassment and sex-based discrimination if this girl is a boy, and just trying to define them clearly is so difficult it shows how absurd it all is.
Any unwanted challenge would be at best male-on-male bullying; unless those real boys were harrassing “him” for some kind of sexual encounter, in which case they could argue that’s male-on-male sexual harrassment; but if they weren’t after sex with “him” then at best that’s surely just harrassment. But if this girl is a boy how then can it be sex-based discrimination if they say they’re all the same sex? They can’t sexually discriminate against him for being a boy like they are, only if he’s a girl, surely? In which case that charge has to be malicious.
I think the main objection and what they’re trying to deflect from here is the filming. It can’t be right that any new face can just waltz into a boys changing room and just start filming, and any objections to that filming are classed as some kind of harrassment. Either it’s a pervert’s charter, or it’s the start of trying to dehumanise us by taking away that basic privacy of not having to show ourselves naked. We lose that most basic dignity and we’re in all kinds of trouble.

The boys pedants should counter sue as their child identities as a boy/male they should argue that that was very offencive to the boys to have girl on their lockers when they identifiy as a boy/male.

Wait a minute, the female that went inside the boys locker room filmed it?? Filming inside of a bathroom or locker room without the consent of the occupants is called video voyeurism and it’s a felony crime in many states. But it was the boys who complained who were disciplined?
The twisted degenerates in charge of Loudoun County Public Schools deserve to be thrown into the street, vigorously horsewhipped, then hanged.
