An Epstein lawyer says Ghislaine Maxwell may try to cut some deal with Trump, but surely Trump can’t bypass the courts to arrange a deal because only a dictator could do that. He does dictate a lot for a so-called representative republic, but cutting out the courts to deal directly with someone who is said to be convicted and in jail (maybe, maybe not) he would have to ignore the whole US judicial process.
Not only would this breach the seperation between executive and judiciary who interpret the laws in court, it breaches the seperation from the legislative branch who make the laws in the senate, and would override them both. It’s too close to a dictatorship because it behaves just like one, even if all elitists are above the law, because it ditches the last appearances of democracy. But maybe that’s the elitist plan? If they want to overthrow democracy someone’s got to do it first, after which so can the next president, but to go down in US history as the bad guy who overthrew the republic, there’s no sap better than Trump.
