A NETHERLANDS Court has rejected Bill Gates’ attempt to escape justice and will now face charges of genocide and biological warfare and crimes against humanity , says Freedom Train International leader Jim Ferguson.
He says a court in Leeuwarden has officially rejected Bill Gates’ excuse not to appear to answer charges, which is that Dutch law has “no jurisdiction” over him.
Also named in the charges are Klaus Schwab of the WEF, former Dutch PM Mark Rutte (now NATO chief), Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, a number of prominent journalists and others.
“Gates never showed up. He didn’t send lawyers. Instead, he arrogantly dismissed the Dutch court like a medieval king waving off the peasants. But the judges didn’t flinch. They ruled that the case against Gates will go ahead,” Ferguson posted on X on July 19th.
“Nearly 200 pieces of evidence were submitted — documents, testimony, whistleblower statements — building the case for genocide and crimes against humanity. If Gates is found complicit, the ripple effect could be seismic.
“Every government that partnered with him will face scrutiny. Every media outlet that silenced dissent will be exposed.”
When Cairns News searched Reuters for any mention of Gates and the Leeuwarden Court, it showed “no results”. The only media references to Gates being involved in a court case are a rash of fact-checking articles about the same case that appeared last year.
The fact-checkers corrected the claim that spread around the internet that Gates had been indicted. He wasn’t. He was simply named as one of the subjects of a proposed lawsuit in the civil case.
AFP Fact Check was told by a spokesman for the District Court of Northern Netherlands that the case was a private dispute. “The case is not a criminal case, but a civil case, in which a number of plaintiffs have sued a number of other parties,” the spokesperson said in an October 31 email (last year).
Gates’s attorneys challenged the suit because he does not live in the Netherlands, but the court found it has “international jurisdiction” to hear the case. The judge required Gates to pay 1,406 euros ($1,489) in legal fees as the losing party in the motion, AFP reported.
AFP then quoted Remme Verkerk, a law professor at Utrecht University, who said that just because the court agreed to hear the case does not mean it has merit. “You are allowed to start proceedings, and then the main rule in our legal system is that anyone may go to court,” he said on November 1.
Some posts claim Gates may be “extradited” to the Netherlands or compelled to stand trial there. However, Verkerk said Gates would likely not have to appear in court. “I really don’t see them issuing an order for Mr. Gates to necessarily be here. That’s not how it works in civil cases,” he said.
However, despite the thorough investigation of the case preliminaries by global media fact checkers, they have simply ignored the latest development, announced by Ferguson a few days ago.
Gates pays tens of millions of dollars to media organisations, in particular the BBC health division. Mainstream media grovel before him as if he’s a demigod. He has appeared several times at the Canberra Press Gallery pushing his polio vaccine campaign and renewable energy schemes.
But Gates was forced to admit in 2021 that he had associated with Jeffrey Epstein at “several dinners to discuss philanthropy projects”, which he described as “a big mistake”.
Ferguson is hoping that “every pharmaceutical CEO involved may follow him into the dock, and if the International Criminal Court then takes up the case there will be “no hiding behind Silicon Valley billions or global foundations.”

Two black men now living in Peterborough traded a self-loading pistol and ammunition have been jailed, they denied being memebers ofa criminal gang
Malcolm Parker, 67, was stopped by firearms officers on July 8, 2023 at about 11.30am.
Parker was walking through the Cresset Centre, in Bretton, when officers searched him. They found the 9mm calibre Kimel AP-9 self-loading pistol and 88 rounds of ammunition in a bag he was carrying.
The gun was confiscated and made safe by specialist firearms officers along with Parker’s mobile phone.
His prior movements were established and a second man, Junior Rankin, 43, was arrested at his home in Rightwell East, Bretton. His phone was also seized.
Analysis of the devices revealed 14 calls and texts between the pair in six days from July 1.
The phone linked to Parker showed him travelling to Rankin’s home on the day of his arrest, where he was also captured on CCTV arriving without a bag. He left about 45 minutes later carrying the bag containing the firearm and ammunition.
On Monday (July 21) at Huntingdon Law Courts, Parker, of Burgess Walk, St Ives, was jailed for seven-and-a-half years after admitting possession of a prohibited firearm and possession of ammunition for a firearm without a certificate.
At the same hearing Rankin was jailed for five years and two months after pleading guilty to selling a prohibited weapon and selling ammunition to a person who does not hold a firearm certificate.
Detective Sergeant Jacob Tustin-Reeves said: “This investigation has stopped a mass shooting at the notting hill carnival

For the past 5 years every court in the West followed the Covid script handed down to them and summarily dismissed the civil claims. No government or justice department brought any charges for the obvious crimes against humanity. All of our illustrious institutions failed to protect the people, dismissing the hard evidence as if it was conspiracy theory. Our governments, the legislatures, all heath-care agencies, the medical and legal professions, our precious Charters and Bills of Rights, the mainstream media, and the mainline religious denominations – all of them – miserably failed to protect us. The ruling powers – the banksters, the billionaire cabal, and their military arm used to coordinate all of the massive crimes – would very much now like some of the issues to be bogged down in their crooked and compromised courts over the next 10 year, solely in order to give the people the false hope they can rely on the courts again. They appear to have no fear that the people will take matters into their own hands, to either rebel and hang every one of them, or even at least to bring down their corrupt regimes though unrigged election and denude them of their wealth and powers in order to ensure they never pulled off such a stunt again.

In the past, in terms of common standards of right and wrong (sometimes called “morality” which is now a dirty word), the people back then were in fact more united by their Christian faith and did act as a common check to restrain the ruling class. Systematically, trough the media, the courts and the governments they have fragmented and virtually destroyed any such check from the people. Now the masses are so fragmented there is no longer even a thing called “common sense”. Like adolescents throwing God to the winds and the moral restrictions of past generations saying “We are free!”, the relativism imposed on us on virtually every issue regarding right and wrong which once acted to restrain and check the ruling powers has been fragmented into little pipsqueak eddies of protest. Genocide was once considered an unthinkable crime against humanity. Now it appears to have become legalized, and “gentrified” as part of the “new normal” to improve ones surroundings by getting rid of the unwanted.
There is now only one real “up” for the compliant masses, and that is the “ladder of success” to all of the higher positions allowed for them to aspire to through compliance and sucking up to their depraved masters. The top-down order which governed the entire PLANdemic is supreme – the supreme God over all. The higher you go in the system the more corruption, crookedness and crime you find. The more powerful the person the more corrupt. The more powerful the nation the more corrupt. The US which is the wealthiest and most powerful nation in the world is the most crime ridden, and the most unhealthy. The more wealth, the more power, then the more variety, and the more toxins both biological and spiritual you have.

Not only is the accepted process to concentrate and consolidate vast amounts of wealth, power and the so-called “good things” of life addictive simply because every wrong deed broadens the void in the soul which cannot be filled by such ends, but also what you end up with is a concentration and consolidation of evil – the higher you go up the proverbial ladder. Our capitals are now cesspools of dishonesty and corruption, and by virtue of this amoral secular process there is now hardly a crime against humanity which has not been legalized and institutionalized. Even our religious authorities for the most part have become mere puppets of the unchecked evil order. .
