A Utah surgeon, Dr. Kirk Moore, is facing the prospect of 35 years in federal prison for alleged criminal acts.
His crime?
The doctor destroyed thousands of vials of mRNA COVID vaccines, giving his patients vaccine cards without taking the shots, and injecting saline into children whose parents wanted them to believe they got vaccinated without risking the deadly side effects.
The 58-year-old Dr. Michael Kirk Moore Jr. operates Plastic Surgery Institute of Utah in Salt Lake County. He began his trial on Monday, July 7, at the federal courthouse in Salt Lake City.
A rally took place Monday at the courthouse steps, organized by We Are The People Utah, in support of the doctor. Among those in attendance were veterans of the health freedom movement, including vaccine safety activist Robert Scott Bell, as well as the team that produced the documentary film Died Suddenly.
Countless other prominent figures in the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) movement, including Dr. Mary Talley Bowden, joined online to stand with Dr. Moore.
According to Zero Hedge, the charges against him were filed in 2023 by the Department of Justice under Joe Biden, and have not been dropped yet by President Trump’s Attorney General Pam Bondi.
Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has not intervened in the case, but did publicly expressed his support in April of this year, saying on his government verified X account, “Dr. Moore deserves a medal for his courage and commitment to healing.”
The charges against Dr. Moore include conspiracy to defraud the United States; conspiracy to convert, sell, convey, and dispose of government property; and conversion, sale, conveyance, and disposal of government property and aiding and abetting.
The government property being referred to is $28,000 worth of government-provided COVID-19 vaccines, also referred to by Pfizer as “government prototypes” due to their experimental, untested, and dangerous nature.
Dr. Moore is also accused of distributing at least 1,937 “fraudulently completed vaccination record cards” to his patients, none of which are testifying for or against him in court. He also allegedly administered saline shots to some of his patients’ kids, admitted by the DOJ to have been carried out with the full knowledge and consent of their parents, so their children would actually believe and act as if they were vaccinated, and not have to lie to live a normal life with their friends amidst the pandemic mandates and madness.
This is a bizarre case. And it’s quite sad that the Trump administration is continuing to prosecute it against one of the few doctors who actually honored his Hippocratic oath, to do no harm.
As of Monday, a ‘GiveSendGo’ donation campaign for him is at just under $140,000.
Zero Hedge reports that Dr. Moore was arrested when the charges were made official in 2023 under the Biden regime.
Dr. Margaret Aranda, who has followed the case closely, said in a post to her Substack account:
“In a blatant act of intimidation and punitive cruelty, Dr. Moore was arrested and incarcerated for 22 days—isolated for 22 hours each day—merely for attempting to communicate essential court information to co-defendants.”
Dr. Mary Talley Bowden said of the doctors couregaous stand:
“Kirk Moore offered his patients a choice when others wouldn’t. He received no compensation for his care and has paid a tremendous price for honoring his patients’ fundamental right to bodily autonomy.”
Zero Hedge further reported that despite the aggressive and nastily toned characterization of Dr. Moore by the DOJ, he has no criminal record, is a devoted father raising two children alone after tragically losing his ex-wife to suicide in 2019, and is a decorated U.S. Navy Flight Surgeon who has tirelessly cared for patients throughout his career.
When a nation prosecutes its heroes, those who take a stand for what’s right in the face of immense pressure to go along with evil, that’s a sign of its moral and ethical collapse. Political and economic collapse can’t be far behind.

The remains of hundreds of babies and young children have been found at a Catholic-run school in Canada, authorities announced on Thursday.
The school was a destination the Canadian government took indigenous children who had been removed from their families for forced assimilation.
The remains were discovered near the site of the Kamloops Indian Residential School, which opened in 1890, according to a report by the Toronto Star.
Ground-penetrating radar confirms the remains of 215 children are buried near the school. Kamloops, which was operated by the Catholic Church and then by the state in its final years, was one of many residential schools the Canadian government forced indigenous children to attend, reports the Associated Press. The schools took in more than 150,000 kids, and as many as 6,000 of them died, including an estimated thousands from abuse or neglect.
“The news that remains were found at the former Kamloops residential school breaks my heart – it is a painful reminder of that dark and shameful chapter of our country’s history,” said Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in a statement. “I am thinking about everyone affected by this distressing news. We are here for you.”

This Dr. Kirk is to a certain degree is a fraud. Firstly, if he was truly honest and courageous and totally cared about people since he himself discovered, as I did that the covid19 vaccines were poisonous ( really all vaccines) bioweapons he should just refuse to give them out as placebos ( I am guessing he still wanted to get the big bucks). Also, why would a Plastics doctor be taking part in this government crime by pretending to be injecting these poisonous vaccines. If he cared about people/children he should have stood up with his community and publicly demonstrated and contested the government/big pharma with facts about the fake pandemic. Clearly, he was covertly chasing the big bucks. So, doctor Kirk – you meant well but at the same time you were fraudulent in your behaviours for monetary gains.

Moore is not a typically Jewish surname, so the defendant may be in trouble as far as the President pardening him. Trump has pardoned a few Jewish criminals who committed far more heinous crimes, including the infamous kike spy, Jonathan Pollard, whose treachery — committed for only pecuniary, not ideological motives –got a number of people murdered, as I recall.

This is probably a set up, using this case to establish legal precedent and having him serve as an example/warning to others. What you say is typically of what a government prosecutor would say and it is you who are the fraud.
If Dr. Moore did not destroy the vaccines and administer his placebos instead of the government-sponsored “experimental ones”, which to anyone awake at the time were clearly never really proven to be either “necessary” or “effective”, or “SAFE”, to save anyone from anything, he likely would have lost his licence to practice, or if not, his patients would have been injected by some compromised, fool, and dishonest physician ignoring their basic training that you never put anything into a human body without knowing what it will do and the actual risks.
Whether he got money for his diversions to protect his patients is totally irrelevant as he could not protect them in any other way than what he did. The lying government, psychopathic, suck-hole bastards will no doubt try to reduce the prosecution to the money issue, trouncing all arguments as to “necessity”, and DISHONESTLY they will avoid like the plague all of the evidence that Dr. Moore was absolutely right, as it has now PROVEN in all respectable medical-scientific circles as fact that the actual serious risks of the vaccines far outweighed any possible benefits – which, incidentally, the lying government bastards will just keep on denying.
Secondly, apart from the efforts of the government prosecutors to cover their filthy asses for pushing these vaccines on the people, you can be sure that the judges throughout the entire legal process will be carefully selected to control everything, and to ensure that a full measure of INJUSTICE is meted out to this very astute and courageous physician.

US State Secretary Marco Rubio announced on 9 July that Washington has sanctioned UN Human Rights Council Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese for her “campaign of political and economic warfare against the United States and Israel.”
“Today I am imposing sanctions on UN Human Rights Council Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese for her illegitimate and shameful efforts to prompt [International Criminal Court] action against US and Israeli officials, companies, and executives,” Rubio said via social media.
“The United States will continue to take whatever actions we deem necessary to respond to lawfare and protect our sovereignty and that of our allies,” Rubio added, stressing that US authorities “stand by our partners in their right to self-defense.”
Last week, Albanese identified more than 60 companies in a report titled “From Economy of Occupation to Economy of Genocide,” accusing arms makers and tech firms of aiding and profiting from Israeli settlements and “military operations” in Gaza.

Excellent comments. You’re spot on that overwhelming documented evidence from the medical establishment itself, that the J Jabs are causing injury and death to millions should be enough to exonerate him. That would be the case in a sane world, but in the Orwellian nightmare of satanic inversion world that we now dwell in, he’ll be railroaded in Kangaroo court regardless of how much exculpatory evidence is presented proving widespread harm from vaccines.
I’m sure the prosecution will try to weed out as many so called ‘anti vaxxer’ jurors as possible through the Voir Dire process. Any honest jury of his peers, not bought off or threatened and aware of vaccine dangers, as so many now are, would acquit him. The Masonic controlled courts will make sure that doesn’t happen.

Phyllis – Dr Moore gave fake injections to make them look real so people who had to have them for school or work could claim they got them. Children would believe they really had them so not to accidentally give the truth away in conversation. He also issued the required certificates as proof, all to save lives and normal living for his patients and their parents, who begged him to. There are articles online that give these details. He deserves the Congressional Medal of Honor.
