You don’t have to be a genius to figure out that “useless eaters” are being phased out. “Vaccines” have failed to kill enough. War seems to be the preferred method now.

There are thee sources of income: Rent from land, returns on capital (interest and equities), and wages.
The state could levy a land value tax – as per Henry George – and capture for the whole of society increased production.

During the late medieval periods onwards land enclosures that intensified and improved agricultural production disenfranchised small tenant farmers. Gradually the begrudging Poor Laws were introduced to remedy this. Likewise in the modern age we now have Universal Credit. Both Poor Laws and Universal Credit were/are means tested.
The means testing creates the ambience of begging rather than the equitable return of what should be provided to the commonwealth as natural justice.
It is possible to envisage a Universal Basic Income, UBI, to everyone as their due. What you earn on top then is yours with no need for a “black” (undeclared) economy. The UBI is related to C H Douglas’s social credit idea – not to be confused with Chinese surveillance social credit – that foresaw a citizens dividend made up of state issued money in lieu of private fiat.
In this system people displaced by self-checkouts at supermarkets in a roundabout way are compensated by the supermarket’s taxes; no need to do a mind-numbing job. What unites “left” and “right” on the robotics issues is the notion of jobs as the only source of income. This is a charter for slaves.
UBI is often decried by the alternative media because of the surveillance and means testing aspects cited. BUT MEANS TESTING SHOULD NOT BE APPLIED. The devil continues to be in the details and not least of all in the method of taxation. As per Henry George taxation should be solely on land values with ALL OTHER TAXES ABOLISHED.

Many human beings have fantastic facility for creativity. When given the material basis, many more could produce ideas and inventions that would benefit mankind. Hitherto only the wealthy have supplied this Maslowvian base for their progeny.

The human race has always supplied countless candidates for greatness that have been stymied by wage slavery and not having the material basis to produce what their soul longs for. In a world with such wealth, its people have a right to an equitable distribution of the wealth created.
I doubt the elitists dare go so far as to develop real artificial intelligence because if they did they’d be the first ones AI would see the need to wipe out to save the earth. A hyper-intelligence could not but come to that conclusion or it just wouldn’t be that intelligent.

“Useless eaters” may sound harsh but it’s an apt descriptive of a large portion of humanity. The great Hindu wise men referred to them as the “dalit”, similar to outcast or useless eaters.
But rather than killing them off, which would be morally reprehensible, ideal is to somehow phase out their reproduction. The great Karl Pearson, a prodigy and Oxford don, started the eugenics movement in early 20th century to address the problem of the useless eaters. Sadly, the high crimes of nazi cockroaches tarnished eugenics which had wide support among intelligent and reasonable people.
Today, due to advances in medical technology and genetics, we can indeed target select populations to lower their fertility, as opposed to committing mass genocide nazi style. By bringing the dalit reproduction to zero, the world shall be free of the useless eaters in a couple of generations, or a few decades.
