There’s an episode of Mad Man – great series, highly recommend – where the Madison avenue ad executives of Sterling Cooper are tasked with rescuing the public reputation of a pet food brand which was just been revealed to be using horse meat in its recipes.
They suggest changing the name, which the owner flatly refuses to contemplate. He argues ALL pet food uses meat from retired horses, and people will forget in time. The executives respond by letting him sit in on a focus group. Having witnessed the violent dislike of his brand from pet owners in person, the owner agrees to the name change.
The point of the story is simple – sometimes a brand is so tarnished you have to rebrand and start again.
Which brings us to Elon Musk’s very public split with Donald Trump and the suggested “new political party”. Supposedly this is all about the “big beautiful bill” clashing with Musk’s views on efficiency and reduced spending.
Our take is rather different.
Donald Trump’s brand as a politician was simple – he was anti-establishment and America first. Libertarian isolationist. Cut spending, cut foreign aid, deregulate the market, boost US business and perhaps most importantly, no more more wars.
That’s his brand, but the reality – despite hysterical wailing and enthusiastic glazing from journalists on each side – is that it’s just more of the same.
The Trump admin has promoted digital IDs, it has stood with Israel and – probably most damagingly – it has bombed Iran. Regardless of if you believe the supposed reality of that “act of war” or not, in concept it is a massive betrayal of his base.
Essentially, the tarnishing of the Trump brand is so complete that Trumpism now needs to evolve in order to survive. We’re looking to a future of Trumpism sans Trump, which means Musk (and maybe Vance) and a third party option.
We’re at that point where everyone knows about the horse meat, and the only solution is to change the name.

Chris Philp warns of ‘public safety crisis’ as staggering data reveals foriegn migrants are ’24 times more likely’ to go to prison than Britons
many who come are in crime gangs
Story by Georgia Pearce • 3h •
Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp has declared a “public safety crisis” as new migrant data has revealed illegal entrants into Britain are “24 times more likely” to go to prison than Britons.
The analysis by the Tories suggests the rate is much higher for the nationalities who make up the largest arrivals, with the most common including Somalians, Afghans, Iraqis, Albanians and Romanians
The figure is based on Census data on of the the 10,838 foreign criminals in prisons in England and Wales at the end of March.
Speaking to GB News, Chris Philp expressed his concern for the findings and claimed it is “not just a border security crisis, it’s a public safety crisis as well”.
Philp told host Martin Daubney: “We put these figures together by compiling three different data sources, that showed us that just over 3.5 per cent of Channel crossings are likely to end up in prison.
“And then you apply that 3.5 per cent to the numbers that have crossed this year, and you find that almost a thousand people who have crossed the Channel so far this year will end up in prison. So the Labour Government has let in what is likely to become a thousand criminals.”
Prior to the 1913 Federal Reserve Act, TPTB had contrived a win for Woodrow Wilson by running a popular former Republican, Theodore Roosevelt as a Progressive candidate in 1912. This split the Republican vote so that the Republican William Taft didn’t win as many expected.
The Republicans had previously tried to introduce legislation allowing the creation of a central bank. Finally, a central bank did emerge with legislation mooted as not being the same, but it was. “Federal Reserve” was a semantics. The political Tweedledee-Tweedledum trick worked again.
The concept of the “safety valve” party in Britain operated with the BNP and Farage’s different parties. Other small parties are also compromised such as the Green Party. The idea of the safety valve is to build or diminish the big two of the usual political dialectic. It works because people allow their emotional centres to rule over their intellectual centres. Suffice to say there is something of a roller coaster between the big two because people always believe “change” might arise from a blue to red or red to blue swap. But of course banker/corporatists own the roller coaster itself.
Whereas the likes of Conservative-Labour or Republican-Democrat are populated by the politically ambitious and non-principled – especially – towards the top, small parties are more directly taken in hand by the state apparatus; that is to say, MI5 infiltration.
Meaning no disrespect to the many intelligent American posters here but the American population is even more stupid than the British electorate. Then again, this is probably because of the education system…
Just more drama from the latest episode of the Truman Show. Innsmusk is a mischling (a weird exophthalmos toad-human hybrid freak) who Rothschild appointed to play this phony ‘anti-establishment libertarian role’ for the morons; while concomitantly advancing the totalitarian techno-Communist A.I. agenda of the Deep Ones via EVs, Starlink etc. The millions of morons are unable to make this connection though.
i love how these morons are proffering this vance pig (real name bowman–and we know that jew names end in ‘man’) on people as an alternative to Trumpedo or as something ‘authentic’…yeah right, an obese gross looking bearded commie with a wog wife–that’s all this sh*trag is
