Instead of designing new aircraft and making the presses and tools needed to build them–what a lot of money just for those–but it must be more practical for so many nations to buy their planes from others and put their design and build capabilities into making missile defence systems that shoot aircraft down. A nation not looking to conquer doesn’t need a large air force because they’re not planning to take war abroad. They mostly need domestic defences so buying small fleets instead of building them–because they might not perform as well as intended–makes a lot of sense.
America was unwise to go cheap and try to build a stealth aircraft that could take on many roles. There will doubtless be people who said so but because it was a big, fat juicy boondoggle they were ignored. The money spent on the F-35 and F-22 could have been much better spent on three different aircraft for fighter, ground attack and bomber roles. They’d have got three different aircraft designed for a specific role with far fewer teething problems, and they’d have got at least one top-class aircraft, perhaps two and maybe even all three. They’d be cheaper, they would perform well and they would sell, because they were good aircraft, not because of the arm-twisting America has become infamous for.

i have always had the ability right back as far as i can remember to leave my body.
We all have a spirit guide or guardian angel
and last night i was taken, i felt myself getting heavier and heavier drifting down the planes
and thought where is he taking me
a couple of times i thought much be this
but still lower and i began to feela bit anxious
We came to rest in this awful place with choking acrid green smoke.
He said i needed you to see this man, oh god it was not a man just a bundle of stinking rags, i saw 2 pitiful eyes look back at me, and then i knew
this was Robert Maxwell the publisher, i stepped back in repulsion, my guide said this is the lowest sphere, no one comes here forever but until the
evil in them is burnt off, then they can rise up the planes and eventually be reborn.
But why are you showing me this ?
