The O’Keefe Media Group released undercover video of Jonathan Ferrer, the HR Director for Summit Public Schools, a charter network operating in California and Washington, admitting to race-based hiring.

Ferrer admitted to violating Title VII, California FEHA (prohibits discrimination) and school policy.

“You get presented with, on equal merits, like a white person or a black person or whatever. Yeah, we’re going with the black person,” Ferrer told the undercover OMG reporter.

“Whenever there’s a qualified candidate and they happen to identify differently or present differently, we’re probably going with that person… That’s what DEI is all about,” Ferrer told the undercover journalist.

“We have one trans teacher in our district, and, so, I think it’s just culturally, we just naturally look for those folks,” he said.

When asked if Summit Public Schools would ever hire a Trump supporter, Ferrer said, “I don’t think we would hire them.”

“We do have DEI questions built into our selection process,” Ferrer said. “We have a rubric… if they say any of these things, this is not someone who’s answering the question the way we’re aligned to answer the question.”

    The Conspiracy, since the 1700s, is that Jews get National and Tribal Identity and the Gentiles do not. They do not even get sexual Identity, which is what the “trans” crap is all about

    “You get presented with, on equal merits, like a white person or a black person or whatever. Yeah, we’re going with the black person” … The circumstances are very rarely “equal merits” as the black would practically invariably be intellectually and culturally inferior, and drastically so, but in the world of satanic inversion, the negro gets bonus points for their glaringly inferior, um, qualities. IF in the very rare instance in which candidates of different races do have “equal merits”, then the decision should be made on representative demographics of the affected population, as in if the population if majority black, then the black candidate should get the job or vice versa.

    In my now former hometown of New Orleans, a black majority city, a bunch of white do-gooder teachers came down to try to teach in the schools when they were rebuilt after hurricane Katrina. Many of them left after a couple of years because it was hopeless due to generations, if not millennia, of severe dysfunction in the black populace. Of course, dozens of the white do-gooder imbeciles were also literally raped, robbed, and murdered by the savage simians, but we weren’t supposed to speak of that. Meanwhile, I lived close to a school for many years and the jibber-jabber ebonics I would hear from the black “teachers” was utterly alarming.

    Agent of degradation and destruction Jonathan Ferrer should have been flogged and hanged on the spot.

    Lewis – stop blaming Jews for white people wholesale selling their own children for hardly a shekels, and allowing nasty Abrahamic religions (see Jewish) to permeate the West.

    Goyim, and white goyim in particular, have a tendency to sell their souls to Jews for a nickel. It’s a serious flaw in the Goy hardwiring and moral compass system.

    Jews require hosts – it takes 2 to tango.
