Nobody wants a world war except you-know-who. You-know-who wants lots of dead boobii*. However, you-know-who cooked-up proxy wars seem more acceptable to the boobii.
REACTION:
You-know-who then cooks up a regional war that can’t be won that will include a massive and shocking defeat for some nuclear armed regimes.
SOLUTION:
